If you ever need the services of the funeral home you should ask for Tabitha. She is amazing at what she does and has the utmost compassion for you and your loved one. Tabitha is very knowledgeable, makes excellent suggestions and keeps what you want in mind the entire time. She handled my daughter's memorial service as well as my Nephew's whose service was 4 years ago. To say she is amazing is really an understatement. If ever I needed funeral services again I would definitely use Tabitha. To you all at Elliott and Sons just know you have an exceptional employee!
Elliot Sons Funeral Home helped our family tremendously at a time when help was needed most. Their professionalism along with their kindness and understanding of what we were going through as a family was so appreciated. They made it easy to coordinate and communicate. I always got an answer to any questions I had in a timely manner, usually immediately after asking a question. Mike was especially helpful and understanding. Thank you Elliot Sons Funeral Home for helping us get through this difficult time and for providing all the logistical support we needed for the service.
Very friendly, caring and efficient staff. Provided exactly what I was looking for and made the process much easier. I have used Elliot and Sons on Columbia Rd 3 times, the last time for preplanning final arrangements for my mother on hospice. When she passed, they took care of everything as promised which made it much easier for me. Dealing with the loss of someone you love if difficult enough without having the stress of making final arrangements afterwords. I would highly recommend them.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars..Tabitha was incredible, truly made this whole process so easy, so smooth and so special for us. It was our first time planning a funeral and we were totally overwhelmed and lost on what to do, Tabitha went over everything with us, got what we wanted into a package deal and the price was great. On the day of, the set up was absolutely beautiful. Friends and family could not get over how beautiful the service was. And the next day, Tabitha brought our loved ones Urn & all the flowers, memorial videos & more to our home. During a very difficult and stressful time, she made everything so much easier and took some of that stress off our plates. I can’t thank you guys enough.
Our family went through so much loss in such a short time. Tabitha was so supportive and helped us through everything. Her professionalism far exceeded our expectations. It’s a privilege to be able to provide feedback on the services my family and I received from Elliot Sons Funeral Home. The last couple of years have been extremely difficult for us, loosing first our youngest sister in 2014. At the end of 2017 we lost our father and only recently our beloved mother. Both my father's and mother’s services were handled by Elliot Sons Funeral Home. I cannot express stronger my gratitude for the care, compassion and dignity shown for my parents and attending family members. The funeral director Tabitha M. Grimes was truly there when we needed her, every step of the way. She helped me make some difficult decisions and placed no pressure on me. Her main goal was to help guide the process and make the unfortunate experience as worry free as possible. The entire staff was wonderful but Tabitha eased the pain and suffering by just being herself. I knew that after my father’s death I wanted my mother to receive the same care as him and so I had no doubt where I would take her once she passed away, and I was not disappointed. Thank you Tabitha for your kindness during our time of grieve and for having such a wonderful staff. I recommend that when in a time of need, look nowhere else and go straight to the best, Elliot Sons Funeral Home. Their employees are wonderful and professional, the chapel is beautiful and best of all there isn’t any pressure. I highly recommend this funeral to anyone who has lost their dear loved one. Their service is very compassionate and understanding. They make planning your desired funeral and/or cremation service hassle free. They are honest and true to their words. They provide you with all the information and resources you need to get through your difficult time. If I had to do this over again I would choose Elliott Sons Funeral Home. Their services helped me through the most devastating and unforgettable event of my life. I thank them with all my heart.
My mother recently passed away, and I chose Elliott Sons due to their excellent service from a previous experience. Especially the Funeral Director, Tabitha, the staff at the Funeral Home are always sympathetic, easy to work with, and always willing to help when you need them. They respond to your e-mails and phone calls asap. I don't see any problems with their service and is highly recommended.

I had my first funeral home experience last December, and I chose Elliott Sons on the advice of a friend. They were patient, kind, and caring during a difficult and painful time for my family.
