It doesn't even get 1 star as They didn't feel comfortable renting to me and they also require car insurance... I will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone! After the reply I decided to call and reach out to one of the owners, come to find he was one and I'm going to make something very clear in this case... He didn't rent to me because he didn't like me asking questions about the car insurance portion of renting a unit. For a person to turn someone down for asking questions and not completely jumping on board with their requirements is extremely poor customer relations. Furthermore if he believes I was being difficult, I would really like to see how he would conduct himself with someone that's actually having a bad day lol. On a side note I saved $45 a month going with a different place for the SAME SIZE UNIT! This guy most likely needed to change his Kotex!
The whole process went great except one move out detail. Beware, they bill you for the entire month, and do not pro-rate a rental return even with way more notice than the requested. They billed an entire month on the 21st the day I originally rented it even though I moved out the 31st. This leaves 21 days where they are free to double dip for the same space. I expected a return of the unused days and a better business would have done so.
I stopped in here to check rates and Tammie helped me with not only that but some supplies I needed for packing up my apartment. Thank you!!

They are the newest units in Newberg. Super well maintained. We have an indoor unit up elevator and love it. Dry, odor free and flat beds to help move stuff. Huge elevator and everything is so clean and secure. The staff is WONDERFUL-so kind and helpful! Cost is totally competitive. BEST STORAGE IN NEWBERG!
Used them for several months while I established myself here in town. Very nice storage spaces, but some of the unit walls don't run to the roof. Always had mild concerns about someone being able to reach over into the other units, but they have security camera's so wasn't a deal breaker. The staff make up for that by being very friendly and attentive to the security cameras when people are inside.
Prices are below the average for the Portland area. I got in early on the 50 percent for 4 months special. Very good deal. I only need it for 2months but it seems a very good deal to me. Units are very clean obviously. Access is easy and management eager to help. Only need to add rv spaces on the empty lot available. I am sure that will be next
Newberg Storage Center is honestly awesome. Decent pricing for very nice units and a significant amount of security. The people who work there are very friendly too! Only thing is, it can get a little cramped/busy at times and only a limited amount of dollies. Other than that, we’re happy to be renting out a unit here!
Clean facility and friendly staff
Even though I did not go here. Loretta returned call and very helpful.
