Carol and Sharon were why I will highly recommend Dignity. Every need my family had was taken care of. I was clear on all arrangements. I was offered time to absorb what was being told to me. Clear on all pricing. Both were professional, kind and honest. No pretending to be your friend like other places. They are exceptional and genuinely want to help. We are poor but they gave us military discount. We had a what was an excellent experience with Carol and Sharon. They were available at anytime and they meant it. Even a last minute change on a photo was handled with grace and they got it done. They should be cloned for all funeral service companies so no one ever feels worse  after the death of a loved one by saying man now my brain fog is gone and I got ripped off or I was pressured into to decisions.

The staff at Ellis was efficient, professional and extremel  respectful.  They offered several options for our needs. They were not pushy and respected the time we needed to make decisions as well as respecting the decisions we made.

Michael Brown and his staff were amazing. They were caring, respectful, compassionate, and attentive during a really tough time. I appreciate all of the thoughtfulness and attention to detail in caring for my mother and her service.

Staff was very knowledgeable and compassionate.  They made this difficult time much easier.  I appreciate their kindness.  Facility was was nice and clean.  I would highly recommend Ellis Funeral Home.

Not sure what happened to this place. Showed up, the host had a ton of jewelry on, loud tik tok rap music overhead and couldn't have cared anybless about our family situation. Never offered condolences and basically gave us a cost list of the coffins. I don't know if Ellis sold out to a corporation but it is not the same family orientated business it used to be. This guy they had running the show, looked like something out of a Dr. Drey music show. Completely unprofessional.

We were extremely pleased with the staff and services provided by Ellis Funeral Home.    The staff were pleasant, understanding and ready to help in whatever capacity we asked.   This is the sixth funeral that Ellis has handled for us, and in all cases, we have been happy with their service.  The staff is knowledgeable and guides you through all the necessary steps, easing the process as much as possible.

Jennifer Boyd was so professional, calm, kind, and willing to do anything for us to have a beautiful service.  She saw a mistake in the funeral contract charges when I bought it in 2017.  She immediately called the insurance company which resulted in a refund to me.  She took pictures at the funeral for us, and called me after a few weeks to see how I was doing.  She was prompt in returning calls and was always available.  It was the service that I had always dreamed on for mom and Jennifer made it happen.

Worst service ever. They put Bright pink lipstick on my mom when she wore very light minimal make up. I had to go there and change it myself. Her portrait wasn’t provided for the viewing like it was suppose to be. Her hair wasn’t styled. There are some rude employees. Her nails had blood underneath them from hospital still. And adhesive from bandages still on her finger tips. They were suppose to provide a temporary marker for her burial site and it’s been 3 months and nothing. Employees were laughing and talking during her burial service. Felt like they were also trying to sell us a car when picking out everything for her services was a sickening feeling.

I thank God that he led us to Ellis , EVERYONE at Ellis did such a wonderful job, they really made us feel like FAMILY. Everything from the first meeting we had with Jeniffer and her staff all the way through the catering and flowers delivery, they were so sensitive to our needs,, THANK YOU ELLIS FOR ALL THAT YOU DID FOR MY MOMMY.... love stacy

Each and every person that helped me through this process was professional and compassionate -  especially Brittney. She was there for my every question or request. I thank you for all your help.
