This place is an Owasso gem! It's simple but has everything important - lots of grass, lots of shade, lots of wildlife, a big modern playground, a pavilion with picnic tables, tennis courts, a volleyball net, bathrooms, plenty of benches, and a flat trail loop that is perfect for walking or running. I wish there were trash cans next to every bench, but there are some by the playground, bathrooms, and the tennis courts. This is a new favorite place!
I remember going to this park in 2002 when I lived in Owasso, it was always welcoming and the pond, ducks, geese make it even better. Now fast-forward 20 years and still the same great atmosphere, improved playground and tennis courts... Great walking track for anytime of day.
This is a nice clean park. It is also safe. I don't worry about my safety when I'm here with my dog or alone. Love the fact that there is doggy poop bags available. One thing I would add is trash cans around the pond.
Good little park with lots of ducks, geese, and other birds. Can get a little crowded being small.
Someone should film a horror movie here. I haven't been to a park as run down, neglected, and downright disgusting as this one. I'd be livid if I lived in this neighborhood. Tennis courts are falling apart, benches broken, yellow tape around playground equipment because it's a hazard, knee deep grass and a bathroom sure to make you vomit.
Great park with a fun and new playground
The tennis court could use some TLC but we still had fun wish they had sand volleyball and basketball courts
Nice sized park. It has a walking trail, plenty of benches although not many in the shade, large pond with duck island, restrooms, a pavilion, 2 tennis courts, a swing set, a child's climbing wall, and 2 play areas.
Playground/parking lot open. Rest of park is closed. Sep 2020 til spring 2021 according to signs. Now is September 2021. See also 'tennis courts West side'.
We love love love this park now that it's been updated! It's so nice and everybody we've met there has been super pleasant! There's lots of play area for the kiddos, nice shaded picnic tables, and a gorgeous walking trail around the pond.
