Projects vary in design, detail, size and location. As such projects will vary in price. Our free estimate is a projected cost based on information provides by our clients (photos, measurements, overall scope of work and detail involved). We strive to make sure we are right on point when providing this estimate at no cost. If the scope of work changes, the design changes or gets misunderstood then the price will need to be adjusted as well. Providing examples of what you want with specific instructions will assist in making an accurate estimate that will not change.
We also offer a rendering option so you can see a mock up of exactly what your project will look like prior to making a huge investment. This service costs a non refundable $100 design and rendering deposit that will be applied to the overall cost of work, that is if you get the work done. We will work and rework the mock up until you are satisfied with the end result. If you decide to not do the work we will provide the finished rendering for the design and the deposit will be applied as payment for the rendering fee.
