When they say fall cleanup begins 10/1 and they remove your decorations before 10/1.

Very disappointed with the upkeep and maintenance of this place. A lot of the beautiful trees are dying and not cared for or maintained. And when they fall they are not replaced. Plots from a year ago are muddy and weeds. They should be seeded or sod, watered and green in the spring and summer. I’ve been to other cemeteries where maintenance is done and respectful. Wish we had known this before selecting.

I lost two pets back to back 2 years ago and been meaning to write a review about the wonderful staff at Elmlawn . Wanda is THE absolute best !!!! Donna is absolutely wonderful as well! Mary is lovely ! I seriously don’t know what I would have done without Wanda’s help ! I was so much in shock and grief but she made all the arrangements and took care of everything!!! Both my pets were buried next to each other and she made that possible as well. She helped me every step along the way and also in picking the headstones . I’m beyond grateful to her always and forever !!! I hope she plans to be there for long long time !!!! We’re actually friends now lol : Suji

My dad died a year ago and the date still hasn't been engraved on the headstone.
