Elmo Willard Library

Such a wonderful experience. The staff were more than helpful and amazing! We will be back.

This library has the biggest kids area of the Beaumont libraries. There are scavenger hunts, a calendar of fun events for the kids and toys for the toddlers. Big kids area and free movies during the summer like Star Wars. The facility needs a new cleaning service or person. The restroom has been in need of attention for months and the tables and chairs in the kids section have not been cleaned regularly. The neighborhood is the worse of all the libraries in Beaumont. There is usually someone sitting or walking in the parking lot. It is also a drop off/pickup spot for the two wheeled scooters.

I would like to commend Annaliza at the Elmo Willard Branch Library on the wonderful work that she did assisting me on revising my resume. The manager and staff at the Willard Branch are polite and courteous. Keep up the great work.

They have backpacks, for your children to checkout. They have plenty of activities for children to do . Just asked them. Very friendly and amazing staff. You can also checkout DVD, books. If you need help on the computer,there always there to help you Thanks for your amazing staff God bless you all

Cool atmosphere and quiet. Books are organized with clean floors and friendly staff. Perfect for reading and writing and computer services available.

It was a awesome place to visit and they were very Helpful and all areas. Thank You for a Great Job Well Done.

Late review...I was a college student from 2012 to 2015. I used this library all of the time for homework. It was very busy but quiet. The one thing I did not like was some of the staff was not very approachable. Overall if I had to use it again I would.

Great people doing a great service for the community.

Mrs. Morris an employee of this library, stated I could not renew my library card, because I filled out my current address and mailing address on the wrong line. She just began to shake her head and stated "nope" as I asked her for another tiny card size form to full out. She stated I needed a piece of mail showing where I received mail to, and I said,"hold on let me get it out the car" she began to make up other issues and said she needed to get it approved she's a joke and gave accuses on why I couldn't speak to a supervisor. It's okay though Mrs. Morris, I'm glad I have a since of humor and respect my elders. I'm gonna try with the supervisor Monday but it's not going to stop here.

It's always a great experience.
