We bought a very expensive sleeper sofa In Pinehurst with the best quality mattress in early March. Before Covid. The sofa was delivered at the end of March and the delivery guys said the mattress was damaged. They showed us and it was. One of the springs had poked through the cover. They said they would take care of notifying the store which would order a new one. The first time I called to ask about the reorder they said the distributor was temporarily closed due to Covid. So it would be delayed. Understandable. However I still don't have the replacement mattress four months later. I have called many times and even went to the store to ask about when the new mattress would arrive. Every time I get the run around. They promise to contact me soon. They have yet to call me. Now this store is going out of business. At this point I am giving up. The most I can do now is live with the defective mattress and leave a bad review. This was the worst customer service.
We've bought a lot of furniture from Elmore in Southern Pines. Had an issue and it was taken care of with no problems. The furniture is great and so are Herb and David. Oh and the delivery guys were too.
We moved to the area in April and I'm so happy I found Elmore Furniture Co. I can't say enough good things they are the best. If you are in the market for new furniture go there. You won't be disappointed.
