First thing first.. I never do reviews, just don’t have time. This time I felt like my experience must be shared. I was about to cancel appointment because premeds were expired. My fault, I should have looked before the day of appointment. Stacy I never met her went out of her way to call local pharmacy and put in my script. She was so pleasant and kind. She made me happy about going to the dentist. It didn’t end there Chris my hygienist has been awesome as usual and shows great concern for me my family and especially my teeth. What really made my day is that I waited an extra 5 minutes before going in and at the end of my check up the receptionist apologized for the 5 minute wait which is nothing to me and gave me a gift card with my name on it to Starbucks! Now that made me feel special as always from a professional Dentistry. Thanks for always caring for others.
I enjoyed my visit at Elmwood Dental Group - my hygienist is amazing! I went in for a scaling appointment to treat periodontal disease. Every question that I had was patiently answered and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Her attention, knowledge, and dedication is admirable, Thank-You for your service.
Super safe with everyone's personal health, temp check, mask wearing, air purifier, mouth rinse prior to treatment. Excellent dental work. My ancient dental records were reviewed, new chip in tooth was perfectly color matched to existing tooth. Work was done with frequent checks to my well being. Excellent results! Dr. Lee shares his knowledge so you can make informed decisions. Susan expertly assists and show care for you. Chris is also a super hygienist. Highly recommend!
I get excellent care at Elmwood Dental. The staff is professional, friendly and makes me feel that my dental health is at its best. I started taking much better care of my teeth since I started going to Dr Patel and Elmwood Dental. I highly recommend them!
I think I have reviewed them before; I have been coming here for decades and am very happy with the entire practice. I followed Dr. Wilcox here and have been very happy with Dr. Gomes and Patel. And in terms of the amazing care from Paula to Meg to now Sarah, caring and thorough. Sarah is wonderfully talented and also shares information and very helpful explanations. Saturday 9 September 2023 No specifics but WOW! Dr. Gomes and the office knew I had some oral surgery… out of the blue I get something demonstrating their care and attention! Amazing and SO appreciated! Thank you Dr. Gomes! And All!!!
My dentist was the best dentist I have ever had in my life, it was my first day and they treated me very well. They called me a few hours before due to my lack of English asking if I wanted to bring someone in case I had any questions or concerns so that they It made it easy for me because that time of my appointment they did not have staff who spoke Spanish and I told them that I would go anyway, since I arrived at the reception they treated me very well later when they called me Nicole who attended me was very good to me she treated me very Well, she explained everything we talked about very well and if I needed to use the translator to understand better, she kindly used it. If I had any questions, if I had doubts about anything, she was always attentive. Los que no hablan ingles no tengan miedo de ir a ese lugar no se van a arrepentir los recomiendo son buenas gente
This is the best dental office I have EVER worked with. The staff is kind, the doctors and hygienists are gentle in their approach, and they'll never talk down to you or insist on a procedure you don't need. I'm so grateful to work with them. I always have an exceptional experience at Elmwood Dental Group! Dr. Patel and her staff are friendly, professional, and always make sure I’m comfortable. They are well prepared when I arrive for my visits and I always leave feeling taken care of. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
This office is so well run . It is clean, the staff is friendly and Dr Patel is very nice. The service is efficient, effective and very timely. Exactly what you would want for a dental practice.
Dr Patel is pleasant, knowledgeable and explains your situation in a reasonable and understandable way. Very pleased to have her as my dentist
