Such an amazing experience. I walked in with no appointment showed a photo I had of the haircut and it came out exactly how I wanted. I asked about the facial and decided to get a microdermabrasion done and then a body massage. I saw some comments saying the person had a light touch. I'm not sure who they saw but my girl was on point. I have had a huge lump for years and pain management said it's my muscle and had shots for pain and chiropractor looking at it as well. Nothing helped. One visit here and I feel like a new person. I made another appointment every week until the muscle is totally relaxed. The spa is beautiful and they offer many services. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
Eloisa's is the only spa I would travel to in order to get microblading done. All the staff are polite, professional and nice to chat with. Eloisa is a perfectionist and her work is perfection, natural looking and exactly why I see her. Well worth it!Service: Microblading
The spa is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I’ve had a facial and massage from here and I wasn’t that satisfied. The facial was better than the massage but both could be better. The woman who gave me the massage just rubbed me mostly, hardly any massaging. I had tons of knots and just wished she was able to help but she mostly rubbed. The lotion kept drying up and it would feel like rug burn at times. I left there a bit dissatisfied. The woman turned the light on right away after the massage which I’ve never had before. Usually they let you relax a few before getting up. For a massage, it wasn’t that great. Maybe the person I had isn’t normally a masseuse because I’ve read good reviews.Facial was good except not much massaging there either while your face sits under the steam. I’ve always had my hands or feet massaged but not much. The language barrier is tough so you can’t really tell them what you want unless you speak Spanish.
Eloisa is AMAZING! The spa is clean & beautiful, & she is a true master at microblading. My eyebrows are perfect, she is thorough & precise, she is sweet & polite, just a great experience all around. Her work is outstanding, still can't believe how gorgeous my eyebrows look, she really knows her stuff!
The salon/spa is very clean. Parking is tight, like really tight. It is a converted cape house with the massages given upstairs. I used a Groupon and was given the choice of a light or medium massage pressure. I went with medium, which was nice but not really enough to work out an knots. I would recommend them for basic massage for relaxing purposes. Two notes though, do not miss the first driveway where you need to turn in, you will have to loop all the way around on 112. And also, the ladies are very nice but there is a language barrier, if you can speak a little Spanish it will be very helpful.
I get the best haircuts here. I've been to other local places, like Lemon Tree, Headcutters, etc, and they just can't quite get it right. But I always get a great haircut at Eloisa. Decor is very pleasant & relaxing. Although, their business ethics is a bit relaxed. Good luck getting through on the phone or making a walk in appointment if they're busy! Otherwise, the people and service are pretty good. I always go there now for haircuts & massages.
I can start by stating that Eloisa is a very pleasant, calm and talented lady. I had done eyebrow microblading procedure with her twice and both times I was very pleased and satisfied. The spa is alway clean and organized. The only suggestion that I had for the spa is a better telephone service. It’s hard to sometimes reach a person and make an appointment. Other than that I would highly recommend them for microblading or other procedures.
The comment below is exactly how I felt!! Lol. The place is Clean and the lady was friendly but my massage had absolutely no pressure. If you only want your body rubbed with warm oil this is for you. I wanted medium pressure for my muscles soreness after working out. I seriously considered asking her to stop because I was thinking of a million other things to do that day and it was just a waste of time.
My sister bought me a Groupon to this place for my birthday. This was hands down the most awkward, non relaxing "massage" I've ever gotten. The two ladies I saw there were very friendly, the place looked clean, but when it came to the massage... I was in my head the entire time, wishing it was over. I have suspicions that the woman giving it to me doesn't have any training, or any legit training. It reminded me of elementary school when you and your friends sit in a circle and run your fingers lightly over each others backs through your shirts. Go elsewhere and get a real massage.
I got a Groupon for a facial here, and it was a lovely, clean place. My esthetician, Jenny, who I believe is the owner, definitely knew what she was doing. My skin looked beautiful when she was done, dewey and fresh. A couple of issues however: there is a language barrier, the two women speak Spanish, and not a lot of English. So, as nice as she was, I wasn't able to really communicate my skin issues with her completely. Second, more of a suggestion than a problem: when waiting for the mask to do its magic, or when she was steaming my face, she did not do any massage or anything with me. I have had MANY facials and usually you get a head massage, or arms/hands massage while waiting for products to work. It just would have been nice. That said, I really WAS happy with the results, I think the products she uses are very good. I bought the eye serum, and it is made in Argentina, not the normal stuff. I totally see a difference in my skin.
