At ELOISE CHICAGO, the recipes we use are favorites from our family and friends. These are the treats we asked for as kids, the foods prepared to celebrate and comfort. We start early in the morning and bake fresh from scratch. The doughs are rolled and shaped by hand, using traditional techniques—no short cuts. We do our best to prepare what we think we’ll need each day, but sometimes we may sell out of items. So, do not hesitate to call ahead; we’d be glad to hold orders for you.
