Horrible horrible. As soon as we walked in the room Roaches scattered everywhere told front desk and was told every room is like that. Showed us another room and there was roaches as well the lady told us it's just a few babies. Got our money back immediately.Rooms: 1/5
Found multiple roaches within an hour of staying. Have 2 kids with me this is unacceptable conditions left immediately. Needs to be cleaned dirtyRooms: 1/5
The place does not have livable conditions. There was blue tape to cover wires coming out the wall. The minifridge was barely pushing any cool air. I prayed my food wouldn't go bad. There was water damage in the ceiling so there was a big hole in the corner of the ceiling where flies would come in. The toilet and tub started acting up. Management said they couldn't do anything until the next morning. I asked if I could be put in another room in the mean time. Management said they couldn't do anything until the next day. There was someone next to me who had cats and was always leaving their trash right outside their door leaving an awful stench. The garbage container was how many feet away, but they chose to leave it in front of their door. I would report this place to the health department if it didn't mean people losing their home. Stay away from this place! Rooms: Horrible living conditions. Safety: Didn't feel safe with the type of people that stayed in the other rooms. Walkability: Easy walk to Old Town Main Street Food & drinks: They don't serve any food, but there are nice eats within walking distance.
Not worth it. The “hot spring” is a public jacuzzi that seats 9. It does seem to use spring water and was pleasant to relax in, which is the nicest thing I can say about this place. The rest felt rundown and in disrepair. There were loud conversations and nearby fireworks going off past midnight, the pool is dirty, the adjacent hot tub is filled with algae, trash is piled up in several spots, the staff has communication issues, I could go on. Definitely will not return.
Read very mixed reviews so we went to check out the place before staying. So grateful we did! Management is incredibly rude, pools and jacuuzis are disgustingly dirty! Rooms are run down, gross and musty. No way would I stay here. Beware.Rooms: 1/5
I recently bacame homeless and I'm traveling with my twin boys and pets. We have been bouncing from motel to motel that are pet friendly and this one is by far the best one. None of the others offered a mini fridge and microwave that made it easier to feed my boys. I definitely would come back the rooms are more roomier then the other rooms I've stayed at. Thank you for the easy check in and on behalf of myself and my boys we definitely enjoyed our stay and would come back!
Checked in, a few hours after, started noticing the bed bugs, roaches and mites. I alerted the front desk, with no rooms available. Offered to clean it. Beds need to get thrown away, as they are infested and moldy.Rooms: 1/5
New management!!!! The hot spring s are amazing, they have a wet and dry sauna, 2 Jacuzzis and a pool. The rooms are being re-modeled and will exceed your expectations! The new contractor has put a touch of class into this establishment and the manager - she has held to a 5 star standard of service! Perfect for the whole family and getting better!
Very unfortunate that the second time I decided to stay here it would be just as bad but somehow even worse then the last. I was given the room i complained about nearly six months ago. all the same problems existed but because the woman was so nice the last time i was here i chose to pay more then the much more clean and livable room at the rodeway inn in canyon lake. There was no working remote. the ac was loud and struggled to blow out air. the heater provided no hot air. my friend tossed all night and i was willing to overlook these issues because of the courtesy shown last time. That's where I made a mistake. Because I didn't report issues that I had already reported there months ago when I moved twice to new rooms. Most of my deposit was taken for smoking. Granted this room was smoked in at the foot of the door. But there were cigarette burns in the sheets and the stench from the moment I entered. The same staff, same rooms, even worse outcome. Avoid at all costs, because I just spent 130 for a room that I should go get a tetanus shot after sleeping in. Hope you enjoy the 24 7 cartoon network. Avoid
My room is invested with bed buds, roaches, and dust mites. Asked owner for something to be done, be and he said he would send pest control,.... it never happened, and l I've been here since February 2021. They're being paid with government pandemic funding, and it's pitiful that this is what they have provided to people like me in need during the pandemic and even now. I am so tired waking up being bitten every night and nasty roach running everywhere. This is now a good place to stay. Infact, the government programs should not pay these slumlord's one penny for this invested place or any others.
