Elsinore Main St Dentist

This place needs to be shut down. They confirm an appointment for an emergency matter. We walked in at our scheduled time, and they said they needed to reschedule because they didn't see minors today. Why the world would you schedule an appointment for a minor, if don't you service a minor on the scheduled date given. Terrible service and the reps at the counter are terrible. No customer service at all. They need their license taken away

I had an appointment here today that went very well. I was seen immediately and had my x-rays and cleaning done in just 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were able to schedule me in for more work fairly soon as well.

My husband had to many appointments that he had to wait at least 30 minutes pass the appointment time. Not right! If there was an emergency that's one thing but if they are running late for other reasons the patients should be told and given the option to reschedule. We will see how the work holds up! The doctor is very nice and thoughtful. The front desk needs to be updated on handling things when the patient is not being taken on time! Ignoring the individual and just letting them sit there uninformed is really bad! I also had a set of dentures made 4 years ago. In my opinion they deteriorated on a very fast track! Most dentures as rule last around 7 to 10 years after adjustments. So, I came in to have a new set made! I was told my insurance would not pay but every 5 years for a new set. So I would have to pay out of pocket. Then I ask why my dentures they made 4 years before fell apart so quickly, their answer was because my insurance would only pay for the cheaper materials. Which 4 years ago I was never told this either at the time of all my appointments or did I ever receive a phone call stating that the material being used to construct the dentures was of low quality. I was NEVER informed nor was I EVER given the option to upgrade or to reconsider. So now 4 years later I'm over a barrel and feeling taken advantage of...so my rating is less than 2 stares as a result! I found the dentist and the entire staff very nice & considerate. But lacking in their business practices. Not making me aware of the dentures would be made with Inferior materials, or was I made aware that my insurance would not cover again for this procedure for 5 years.

We have been going to this dentist for 12 years. They were my favorite dentist. Until today. We were just sent away because we did not have masks. Had we had one, we would have gladly worn them, they wouldn't even give us one. The most ridiculous part is that you need to take your mask off for treatment.

I took my kids there and the overall time spent there was an hour. It was also our first time. They informed me that my kids needed fills and that I needed to schedule an appointment for a later date. After my kids pictures and cleaning I went to the front desk to set the appointment because another Dr would be doing the work at a later date. The lady at the front desk told me I had to put a deposit. I asked why if my kids are covered through medical and she said ppl make appointments and don’t show up so if I don’t show then the dr stays with the deposit for his time waisted. I understood and agreed but with being in hardship I couldn’t put $50 deposit for each child and explained that to the girl. I literally only had $40 cash so she excepted that for both kids. The appointment was almost 5 months from that day! I still left the $40 cash. Fast forward to a month before my kids appointment. I get a call from the office saying they had to change the day from Thursday, June 10 to Saturday, June 12. I told the girl that called, I thought you guys were closed on Saturday’s and she said yes! But we will definitely open that Saturday. I said ok and asked if they would call a day before just as a reminder because I would like to make it and get my deposit back. She said yes, we always do so I agreed. Friday, June 11 I did not receive any call as a reminder so I drove there at 3pm and they were Closed! I spoke to the lady at the front desk from the clinic side it’s a clinic and dentist in one and asked if they just closed and she said no they did not open! She then said it was the second Friday they didn’t come in and were closed! I explained to her what happened about the appointment and she even said they don’t open on Saturday and Sunday. I drove up the next day, Saturday and they were CLOSED!! I even left a message on their answering machine. Never even received a call back. Now I’m feeling like they are a complete SCAM!! I know most will say it’s only $40 but no it’s more! Now I have to look for a new dentist and wait for a new appointment so my kids can get their work done and probably have to put another deposit in which I don’t have. Never going back!!!

A couple years ago I took my kids here and absolutely regretted it. Both my daughters needed work done as they both damaged their front teeth from falls. One needed two teeth pulled because the teeth broke in half. The other needed root canals and caps. They used restraints on them, wouldn’t allow us to stay, and my daughter who needed the caps was crying and because of that they decided to just pull all four teeth. Now she’s having more issues because of the way they grew back in. All to get her out as quickly as possible for the next kid. Never went back. I love their dentist now and suggest taking your kids to dr baker pediatric dental instead way more kid friendly!

All my kids have been coming here for the past 8 years and I love it i my self work for a dental office and have very high expectations coming into a dental office and here they have never disappointed from front staff to back never had any issues i love it here they are welcoming respectful and thorough work I love the doctors on staff here they always communicate on all that's going on during the visit. I will be bringing my youngest here as well as soon as she's ready highly recommend this place. Update : 4 months later I come here to experience a sour visit as you can see I have given this place a good review previously because I did have a good experience our last visit but this one was different our appointment was scheduled for 12 pm pm and I was called the day before to confirm and asked if I would be willing to come in a 1130 I said yes and showed up at 1120 to wait over an HR to be called back for my daughter who was in pain. No communication what's oh ever explaining the wait and assuring me I wasn't forgotten about. I went up to even ask if the appointment was pushed up to 1130 and all she said was yes it is no "I'm so sorry for the wait etc again guys I work for a dental office and I understand things like this can happen but communication is key here to let the patients know that we are with them still. Fast forward 4 days I'm here again for an appointment at 9 and doors are locked ??? We eventually got in and checked in and asked to wait outside yet again very disappointed in these past two visits

The wait was not bad at all. The dental hygienist was so very sweet to my boy who is 3.5 years old. The dentist was also very sweet and amazing to him too. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone.

Never called back to tell me how much it would be for my daughter to get her teeth pulled. Day before i called because they never faxed papers to loma linda didnt no how much it would be. Lazy staff cant do there the right.

Very happy with the Dr. and staff. Was able to save my tooth and it looks wonderful !
