The hall is beautiful and clean has nice bathrooms. The only reason why I’m giving this hall a 3 out of 5 is because of the bartender. The bartender Lenette that was assigned to my party was rude to my guest and was brought to my attention after the party because my guest did not want to ruin the night. I paid a lot of money to have my guest treated with ignorance. One of the guest asked for a recommendation on a drink and as “ a professional bartender” you should be able to recommend or nicely ask what type of drink they’re looking for. INSTEAD of being unprofessional and saying “ I don’t know what you want with a smart remark, Idk so tell me. Also, saying NO to a drink to one of my guest because she assumed he was under aged. Instead of asking for an ID like any other establishment would Have done. The liquor store next door has more professionalism than that. What really infuriated me is when she told one of my guest.She should be done drinking …. For no apparent reason. When my guest was not acting incompetent or drunk. Again, I paid a lot of money for My event for my guest to feel uncomfortable due to a Lenette unprofessionalism, I paid for open bar. The icing on the cake is, my guest after the way they were treated even gave her tips. If I would have knew this at the party I would have called management to replace the bartender. It is very upsetting and on top of that telling the DJ “TO TURN DOWN THE MUSIC” at the party ?!?! Again, the hall is beautiful very clean. I can even accept the small parking space shared with the liquor store and laundry Matt. Even Kathy who was amazing with the whole booking process! However, I would never step foot in that hall for another party if that’s the type of service my guest will receive. Really disappointed.
Place was very clean. The food was good
Cheer team had a awesome banquet here !
