Owner, Ellen Bajon, began her interior design career in Baton Rouge, La over twenty years ago. Her extensive use of natural materials continues to inspire her in creating welcoming, relaxing interiors. Her objective is for clients to be profoundly struck by the simplistic elegance of a room in which friends and family are comfortably entertained.
In 1989, Ellen moved her business, EMB Interiors, to Mandeville. Today she employs a full office staff and design team with a 5,000 square-foot showroom offering elegantly classic furniture and distinctive accessories from some of the finest companies in the industry. In addition to designing private homes, Ellen works closely with many custom homebuilders designing interiors for new homes, as well as planning vacation homes. Ellen and her team can guide you through the many choices that come with designing or redesigning the rooms in your home. They seek to foster a lasting relationship with each client, beginning with the first meeting, an in-home consultation, and continuing through the development of a customized design plan and installation.
Each month EMB Interiors offers special prices on select merchandise throughout the showroom. Having such a large retail space encourages new clients and people who are just out shopping, to come in and get a good idea of what the showroom has to offer.
