This company is great to work for. I have a very good support system which makes it much easier to do the job of ensuring that I can properly care for our nursing home residents.
The woman at the front deskrefused to give me her name of Grand Oaks at 24579 broadway working there at 5pm 10/03/22 has called my work 7 times and harassed me after being told to stop. She will not stop..she calls off her work number and personal STOP!
My mother was in the hospital to return and they #1 made her move and #2 stole her most important stuff. You guys are a disgrace. And you will be hearing from our lawyer in this matter as well as the news. Please if your love your family do not put them in this place.
The managers of Embassy from Corporate to the local level do not care about your loved one. Their facilities are poorly rated with high turnover of both floor staff and Corporate staff. They don't listen to family members and could care less. Oh yes, the commercials are great. They try to reel you in. Don't believe the bull. The food is disgusting and usually served by someone young and inexperienced. The quality is not fit for an animal and yet they take your money. If you come across a nursing home and Embassy owns it, look elsewhere. Your loved one's life deserves more.
I had a few problems with Embassy Healthcare. The company itself is efficient with helpful organizers, but the carers they work with are poor, unreliable and really let me down, which is the service I've paid for. It left my mom with no help which has impacted her health. What a mistake for my loved one.
I resigned at my previous employer and accepted a position as business office manager and the night before I was to start with Embassy of Loyalsock the administration called to tell me due to unforeseen budget cuts my new position was eliminated. I now have no job and feel this was it the utmost poor taste as an employer. I plan to file a civil action case against this company.
I wouldn't even send a dog there. Poorly staffed overworked nurses and aides I have rectal cancer I needed to visit my doctor to start my radiation therapy. A nurse at Medina Meadows decided to cancel my appointment on her own and have me go 19 days later. I bleed quite a bit out of my rectum I don't want to bleed to death, I just want my rights to be upheld, and that's not happening here
In the past year maybe a little more. The physical care has been very poor. As a resident their you can get changed or wash up. hygiene care very poor service. It has been time that I and others have to wait 12-14 hours to get changed or washed up. I can ask for my aide to clean me and it just be them. What about the resident that can't communicate it's sad. But being a ventilator patient they have the best RT, Therapy just everything else is it's good at all. It was not like this before a year ago. I used to love it here.
I was at the Middleburg hts location for a christian program and was saddened that the staff was so rude. Screaming at the patients. They wouldn't be there if they could be anywhere else. If you can't treat them like your own parents or grandparents find a different job. Nothing like the pictures on the commercials.
