They don’t answer your call at all.

Total incompetence, rude, useless visa service.  This Embassy needs leadership change and improved customer service skills training.

Great access to parking space and free, amenities close and shopping centers

Never answer the phone , very unprofessional. Bad reflection on the country. The minister need to do better , Senegal is a very small country compare to other nations  and this type of behaviors is a lost of revenues for the country.

Very unreliable, the phone is never answered, how would a senegalese citizen in an emergency contact you? I had to keep trying the phone different times throughout the day to be able to finally talk to someone. I sent birth certificates for my kids to get consular declaration of birth and it got lost within the embassy was told that they have the stamped return envelope  that was with the birth certificates but not the birth certificates themselves. We had to make a trip to the embassy in person to submit the paperwork, even then the Etat Civil lady was snappy because “we arrived close to her lunch time”!

They don't answer their phone. The mailbox is full even pressing another number to reach somebody in the directory doesnt work

Contacted them by phone and they were extremely helpful

Bad service , incredible how they ignore Senegalese people who leave in the us they not even able to answer phone call ... senegalese is a joke !
