Loved, loved, LOVED our stay!! They were super accommodating for our anniversary. The front desk staff was knowledgeable of the area as well, and gave us great recommendations! Our suite was modern, comfortable, and had an amazing view. Parking was not an issue at all. The breakfast was hot and yummy. Complimentary drinks in the evening. The lobby is cozy and inviting. The pool and hot tub was not crowded. Overall, we had no complaints. Our stay was more than we could have expected, and we can’t wait to visit again!  SN: bring an adapter, no C-type outputs lol

We had a great stay here with some exceptional customer service until I met Stevie the Manger on Duty at the front desk. I asked if something could be printed a parking pass for a football game and he refused. They apparently do not have business centers anymore and have not provided a solution. Even though he refused he could have displayed better communication skills and customer service skills. He was very short and very unconcerned. We were looking forward to coming back but with managers in the building like this I’m not sure if we will be back.

Great stay! Only had 2 problems but they were quickly resolved. Ask and you shall receive! Love the suite style rooms and complimentary snacks and drinks restocked each day in the room along with happy hour each day for 1 hour and 30 min. Great hot breakfast bar in the mornings. The 2 workers there could’ve been a little more friendly and engaging.

Had no issues while staying here, the room was very clean and nice. To note, you can't request a late checkout. We tried asking the overnight desk clerk but he refused. We were willing to pay more but I guess it's policy. I wouldn't say the staff were particularly friendly or unfriendly, it was neutral. I would stay here again for the convenient location and nice room!

Nice rooms.   Update on my final vacation: Our first visit to the state of Georgia and to the Embassy Suites. Our check in was quick and courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean. The hotel is located in a good place. The housekeeping staff is extraordinary. Regarding breakfast, in general, it is good, clean and organized area.  Regarding the service where you order your breakfast to taste, such as the omelette, the experience with the employee was not good; he was very rude to the guests.  This type of employee cannot attend to the public..., he needs to modify his behavior.  Overall, it was a very good experience for us.

Extremely rude person at check-in. She looked like she was irritated to have to do her job checking in. Even made fresh comments about how I was not providing her all the info correct the first time! Rooms are clean but has issues with sink and tub clogging up. Breakfast is nice.  Safety: Its at a good location.

Hotel was beyond expectations. Traveled for work and they accommodated our team of around 25, very well each day. Breakfast was really good and the options changed a bit each day. All hot and didn’t find anything sub par about it. Lunch was filling and they worked well with dietary restrictions in our group. Ricardo, the shuttle driver was a highlight on our last evening and was such a friendly guy. We bought him ice cream at Jeni’s when he offered to wait on us. The other staff members who’s names I didn’t catch were always jumping in to assist. One lady moved extension cords to help with some trip hazards we were concerned about. Another gentleman climbed a ladder to help with a slightly blurry projector. Place was clean and well maintained. Happy hour at the bar from 5 to 630 was a really cool experience for relaxing and networking with our team. Awesome experience overall.

The complementary breakfast was really good. Parking was $20 and convenient to the hotel entrance. Friendly staff. The room assigned to us was in a corner and definitely not the size of their regular suites, but rather the size of a standard hotel room. There was still trash in the trashcan in our room when we checked in.Rooms: 4/5

The staff was very polite and attentive. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was in a great location. My family really enjoyed the stay and we’ll definitely stay again when we return to visit!Rooms: 5/5
