Our stay at the hotel was great. We checked in through the Hilton Honors app, and it is amazing that everything can be done through the app now. Service is good, breakfast was good, the rooms look great too. Although I wished the sliding door in the bathroom was a bit bigger for privacy reasons, because it did leave a gap where you could see straight into the bathroom, so you have to align it perfectly. There's plenty of parking spots also. I ran into no issues during my stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.
Reserved a room for a wedding and reception we were attending. Booking it was super easy. When we arrived, the check-in process was smooth. The woman at the desk, I believe her name was Monica, was super helpful and friendly. She answered all of our questions. And we had a few. I was able to add an additional person to my reservation with no issues. The room was amazing. Very modern and high-end. There were plugs for charging devices literally everywhere. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We called down at 3 in the morning for an extra blanket and there was no attitude or sass. Some real customer service. The complimentary breakfast was great. The food was delicious and fresh. There were plenty of options. The staff was actively cleaning as people came and went. They had made to order omlettes, which I didn't try, but they smelled really good. Overall, it was a great experience. Hospitality and customer service were top-notch. It was only 10 minutes from the wedding venue. 10/10, recommend
Had a lovely stay at this hotel, I was on a trip with my father and we both enjoyed. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Room was nice, housekeeping staff did a great job, and the morning breakfast with made-to-order omlettes was a hit. Strongly recommend if you are in this area.
Me and my family were met with pleasant, nice and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was really good. Going to make sure I stay at a Hilton Embassy Suites as much possible.
Probably the best Embassy suites that I have stayed in, and trust me when I say that it comes from a diamond tier member. The hotel is really a New Property, has a Starbucks on site, and a really cool bar and restaurant attached to it. When I was here I saw a wedding ceremony happen so I am sure the hotel has amazing ballroom, and meeting room capacity.
The hotel was lovely, the room was very clean with an awesome bathroom. They staff was pleasant and you also get a complimentary buffet breakfast and the don't mean just bagels and muffins; I'm talking omelettes, french toast, juice etc I would definitely recommend staying hereRooms: 5/5
I travel for work & leisure where I stay for extended an period of time generally a month … I return to the Berkeley Heights in NJ routinely… it is clean convenient & safe… but the staff is it’s best selling point Rooms: 1-Well vented 2- air conditioning and heating system reliable 3- kitchen clean very good little refrigerator. Obviously coffee in microwave.4- shower, perfect waterfall of hot and cold water. 5- Plenty of outlets for my electronics free Wi-Fi.6- view 7- beds were very comfortable 8- TV in bedroom and living room good size Nearby activities: Five minutes from your car is everything you could imagine bookstores clothing, stores, restaurants, supermarkets, her nail salons gyms bowling alley movie theater… You would be lacking for nothing Safety: Absolutely safe… your room key Is needed to even get the elevator to go anywhere… Never any rowdy crowds… Staff is always available day and night Food & drinks: Starbucks is right downstairs restaurant is open for anything and everything Noteworthy details: It is close to all major intersections, but you’re a little removed from the beaten path, so although you’re not walking to a shopping center you’re walking in the hills you’re walking amongst beautiful trees very quiet very relaxing very safe
This hotel was excellent. It was clean, the restaurant connected had good food, and Starbucks is always clutch. Cardless room entry made it super easy to access the hotel, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, and high-tech. The Bose system added the extra oomph. TV was up to date, and All in All, was a great place to stay. Food & drinks: The food was excellent not sure if the hotel has anything to do with Grain and Cain, but either way, good food and good drinks.
What a nice hotel, it is very modern, the service is excellent, the lobby is outstanding. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is one of my favorites. They have a large parking lot, I saw electric vehicle charging stations, the pool area was nice, and there is a Starbucks. I cannot wait to return, I couldn’t be happier with my stay.
Many airline cancellations caused the need for a hotel, nothing available near the airport. Found this one and checked in at 4:30 am after a grueling day. It was a wonderful surprise and was welcomed by two pleasant, friendly and helpful staff.Rooms: 5/5
