I had the 2 room 2 queen bed suite. It was great and clean, spacious, beds were comfy. Very quiet. Clean carpets and nice cold AC. Very modern. High ceilings. Breakfast tasted amazing and the pool and hot tub was super fun for my kids and i. I loved the huge bright windows too. My family will be back soon for a longer stay!Rooms: 5/5
Myself and some colleagues were staying at this hotel for business and we come here twice a year. We have never had any issues, the rooms are great clean and the staff is very friendly however, the first night of our recent stay, the vehicle we drove there with was stolen along with some of the belongings in the vehicle. The lady working behind the desk was very helpful as we spent the morning dealing with it all. The entire week we were there we never heard from a manager or any one to help out in anyway. The incident was completely ignored which was very disappointing as it happened on their lot and they had no cameras. Maybe it shouldn’t be expected but for such a big hotel chain it would have been nice to have someone reach out to make sure everything was ok. I gave the rooms and location a 5 star because it’s beautiful and well kept but I don’t know if I would stay again as I expected more from the brand and management at this location for incidents that happen on their property.
The family and I really enjoyed our time. The hotel, for its age, is kept up very well. The grounds are gorgeous!! The hotel offers a ton of things to do. The restaurant’s food was wonderful. The staff was AMAZING and extremely helpful.. We plan on making this our number hotel choice, whenever in the area.. Thank you all for the experience!!
We had a great experience at this hotel! We were in room 919 and slept like babies. The beds were super comfy and linens were soft. My son did get woke up by people walking by in the hall because he was sleeping on the sofa bed. I would not put an adult on the soda bed it would not be very comfy. Everything in the room was very clean and we had plenty of towels. Burger shed in the hotel had a pretty good burger but charged me $17 for a margarita! Yikes. The only downsides were… The refrigerator did not seem very cold so I would not trust it to store food. There were also a lot of unaccompanied children in the pool Friday night. These were young kids under 8 I would say. It is also a bummer that the breakfast is done by 9:30am and the drinks end at 6:30pm. Most times we were out at dinner at this time so we were unable to utilize this amenity. These are all minor issues. I still give the hotel 5 stars for getting good sleep and cleanliness.
Very nice hotel!! Employees were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!! Very very clean rooms. We would 100% stay there again.Rooms: 5/5
For an Embassy Suites hotel that’s fairly new and located in a upper middle-class-to-wealthy area, this place consistently sucks. They obviously do a very poor job of cleaning the rooms. Every time I stat here, the rooms stinks with the smell of un-cleaned pets. The carpets stink. The couches stink. This is unacceptable. And this time, as I was raising the blinds, some part of the fixture fell on my head. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Fyi, I was in room 407.
Weekend girl's trip. We purchased a two bed suite that included a couch, along the table, a mini fridge, and a small sink. Perfect for us to hang out and visit. Breakfast will fill you up. I recommend an omelet. I chose one with everything but jalapenos and added salsa. There are plenty of other breakfast options, which include bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, and biscuits and gravy. We enjoyed early evening snacks that changed slightly each night. Veggies, tortilla chips , salsa, cheese dip, fruit, popcorn, Gardetto's, and cubed cheese. Two drinks per person. We tried our first whiskey sour. One night, they were on the sweet side, but the next a little stronger. Staff were friendly and accommodating when our room felt cold and asked for blankets. The cleaning person respected our privacy and exchanged our wet towels for new ones. Would stay again!
Front Desk individual was awesome! Every hotel needs a person to take care of their guests like she did. Started the whole weekend off right by her hospitality!Rooms: 5/5
This is a beautiful new hotel. Clean, fresh color schemes. Fast elevators. Unfortunately it's near Garmin's soccer complex so it's packed with children. Yes loud children hyped up on sports drinks. If you want quiet and romantic away from screaming children and drunk parents try another hotel. Rooms: Really nice rooms. Everything was modern and worked. Still not sound proof from screaming children running in the halls.
Incredibly friendly staff, very clean rooms and fair prices. The breakfast was great made to order omelets and the hotel was nice and quiet. Only complaint was the pullout couch was a joke of a mattress. I have twin 4 year olds that will sleep on just about anything and even they complained about the springs coming through and poking them. These aren’t mattresses, don’t kid yourselves. Just get some 4” memory foams like other hotels in the Hilton brand. The kiddos ended up sleeping on the couch cushions…
