Hotel shows it's age. Not terribly dirty, but not extremely clean. Happy hour was 1 ticket and mediocre food veggies, nuts, and fried snacks. The gym had new machines and was nicely equipped. The breakfast was their saving grace, great omelettes!Rooms: 3/5

I recently stayed in the hotel for a convention held in the attached convention center. The first night we found bug remnants in the pull out couch and reported it the next morning. There was no follow up from the hotel other than saying they’d send someone up. We were not comfortable using the pull out couch, but slept on the couch itself. Upon sleeping on the couch, I ended up with multiple bite marks which were incredibly itchy, red and swollen with visible bite marks. This was reported to the hotel and the only response was “This is not a typical experience here. We hope you will give us another chance.” After paying over $450 for 2 nights stay, this was not the experience I would have expected, nor the lack of concern response. I’m genuinely hoping the event we attended does not choose to use this venue next year.

The rooms are nice, and spacious. But one of the best highlights of my visit came from the chefs at breakfast! They are phenomenal and friendly! They deserve a shout out!  Also Ricardo, absolutely the sweetest man, and so so friendly. You have a great staff at this location!  Nearby activities: Sky diving Dave and Busters  Walkability: The Mall is close by and a few other things are too.  Food & drinks: A few free drinks at happy hour

I recently attended a conference here. I am somewhat familiar with Hilton properties and policies. They were so hospitable! I arrived a few hours early and they were able to accommodate me which was unexpected. We were a rather large group and the service could not have been nicer. Another great thing was how well the elevators worked. The wait was never long. The breakfast and happy hour offerings were great. The brisket omelette was wonderful. Friendly staff.

Everyone at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The place was kept very clean Theresa was the sweetest and vary helpful. She went beyond to take care of some of our difficulties. GOD BLESS HER. WE had problems with our room's bathroom but they took care of it right away. Seams all the bathrooms were having problems and none of the soap dispensers were working. Roger in valet was tremendous he went to my vehicle a dozen times to get things for me so I didn't have to go. Allen in valet  at check out was great not only did he get everything from the room but he packed our truck and helped with the scooter and wheel chair. Look forward to another stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites in Frisco, Texas, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into the spotless lobby, I could sense the attention to cleanliness and detail throughout the building. The customer service was impeccable, with the staff always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Each morning, the complimentary breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, make sure you try a made to order omelet.  My stay at the Embassy Suites in Frisco was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a delightful and hassle-free experience.

Overall, I was pleased with the hotel. It's located right beside Rider's Field, and within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. There is a large parking garage attached to the hotel, so parking wasn't any issue.  Our room was located right beside the elevator, and didn't have any issues with noise from other guests. The room was clean, the shower had great water pressure, and was PITCH BLACK at night -- fantastic! There were some minor maintenance issues, but nothing to really complain about. Also, we had the luxury of watching the post-game fireworks show from our room.  The breakfast area had lots of great options to choose from. I really liked the made-to-order eggs! The breakfast staff were attentive and very helpful -- Thank you!  FYI... there are not enough luggage carts for everyone. During check-out, we had to beg the bellman to bring one up to our room once one came available.  Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. If you are in Frisco, I recommend staying here.

We recently stayed at this location the night before my daughter had a surgery. We were really excited about their "Pure Wellness" rooms because of course before her surgery we wanted a clean room. The room was not clean. There was dust on the bedroom door, desks, and nightstands. The bathroom - black curly hairs all over the toilet and in the shower. We decided to go down to the pool being that it would be her last time to swim for around 6 months. The "heated pool" was freezing. I could not get in, my daughter and husband's lips were blue after a few minutes. They tried to tough it out, but we left after 10 minutes. Check in was good, they did gives us complimentary snacks which we did enjoy. But our overall experience wasn't great. Will not stay at this location again.

We had a convention at this hotel often over the past decade.  Meet the Chef Nimroy and Chef Ruben who serve breakfast.  I found their service and witty eloquence makes everyone appreciate freshly made food and they bring a morning smile.  Another honorable mention was the front desk staff named Teresa.  Her charming personality and speed is an asset.  My wife mentioned her too, as a memorable person.  We hope to see her next time

Rooms are spacious, you can tell where they haven’t cleaned in a bit but still pretty clean! The breakfast is nice and you can get freshly made omelets! However, what even made me review this hotel was because I called room service for utensils because the food I got didn’t have any, and he told me I can go to the bar to get them… I called so they could bring me some, but okay, you got me there, I guess I can go get that myself. I assumed maybe they’re short staffed at night.
