The gentleman working the front desk when we checked in was very kind and energetic while explaining our amenities. The lounge is very spacious with beautiful string lights that stretch from one side to another, filling the room with ambient lighting. Very comfortable for evening dates, dancing with a loved one or just relaxing while having a nice drink and reading a book. They offered breakfast buffet in the morning and happy hour in the evening. When walking into the room it was very clean and open space. The bathroom had everything we needed. I love the full bottle of shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower. Plenty of towels. Quite and peaceful atmosphere. Absolutely would book again next time we are here.
Booked with Embassy for a friend and me for a wedding. Ceremony started at 5pm on a Saturday; Embassy's posted policy is check-in at 4pm. The wedding hosts had booked out a section of the hotel months in advance so Embassy was well aware of the tight window all the guests were working with. A particularly thoughtful host would have pushed up the check in time to give guests some time to get settled before the event. Embassy, instead, told me my room was not yet ready when I tried to check in at 4:20pm. - Knowing I'd have to check in after the event, I asked the front desk to prepare the sofa bed for my friend. I had also left explicit instructions requesting this via Embassy's official booking phone line but suspected correctly that word would not be passed on since I was obviously speaking to someone at a call center instead of a hotel employee. When I returned to check in at 1am, we found that the sofa bed was not set up as requested. - My friend had to leave for the airport at 4am so he just passed out on the unconverted couch. I checked out the next morning at 8am. We turned the AC down to 65 as soon as we got in the room, but it never got lower than 70 while we were there. The bed and bathroom and breakfast were good. And I was never made to pay for overnight parking. Otherwise I didn't really look around at all.
The hotels location worked well for us. The room was a good size, however there was leftover garbage in the room from the previous guest; a contact lens on the lamp and a marijuana sticker/tag in the bedsheets. Made me wonder if the sheets were cleaned inbetween guest. The staff was nice, but we didn't have much interaction with them so I feel I can't speak on their service overall. The service rating is due to the room/cleaning service. The overall experience for us was not worth what we paid; granted we did go during a holiday weekend, but nothing on site justified the price.
Apologies if I left this review already. Hotel is very nice. Room was nice, Lounge and breakfast area was very nice. So, that was all good. I don't like paying for parking when not downtown. Especially, when it's not specified as a potential charge. The weirdest part was that we had a room for six, but when checking in, the front desk person gave me the blankets and pillows for the hide-a-bed! So I had to carry them to the room myself while taking luggage etc. Ok, kinda just whatever. Also, the bathroom was only stocked with 4 towels. No problem. So I called for a couple extra. They never showed, so I had to go get some at the front desk. While waiting in line, the lady in front of me explained that her shampoo was gone. So they tried to give it to her right there! She explained she was on her way to work for the day...but who knows if she ever got her stuff. : Anyway, nice place, but if you need some service, I'm afraid it's self-serve! Rooms: Nice.
I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in September 2023. The King Size suite on the 3rd floor was spacious and quiet. I used the app to check-in, which did not inform me about the complimentary evening drink and snacks. Drew, at the front desk, clued me in on the perks and took responsibility for straightening out double billing that occurred on my credit card. I was very satisfied with my stay and the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone working there.
Beautiful hotel, many things to have kids explore around after day in city. Only issue that came up was how hastily the room was “cleaned”. Over our two day stay we found numerous trash under couch and between cushions when getting couch bed ready. Underwear, none of ours, in curtains. The shower had hair dried on side walls that wasn’t ours. We definitely wore our sandals while inside at all times.
Great location. Great spot and close to a lot. Loved the evening manager social, Allen was GREAT. Breakfast was great had all of the variety for various tastes. Staff was always polite, helpful and kept everything clean.Rooms: 5/5
i have been traveling around the world, i’ve stayed in so many hotels. this hotel is one of the best! i stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, and it was great! i got a suite on the third floor, and the room is decent. it has 1 king bed, and a couch bed. the room has a nice bathroom with a big mirror, and a lot of storage space in the drawers. breakfast ends quite early at 9:00 am, but the food was good! i just wish that they extended the time to 10 or 11 am on weekdays. the service was excellent, the people at the front desk were very kind, and the house keeping staff are really good and helpful! the lobby is huge, it has a tropical vibe to it, and the pool/gym were also decent. the hotel is in a nice area too, it’s a small town but has variety. there‘s a mall just a couple minutes driving, and it’s not too far from bellevue square maybe around 10 minutes overall, great experience! would recommend!
