I came last minute on Friday not knowing they are closing. No problem. They have ordered my item. I save extra trip to Burlington and I just made it on time with my item for contractor to instal. The faucet is stunning. Love it.

I needed a water pressure gauge. Came to Emco and Corey helped me. He gave me stunning customer service. They didn't have exactly what I wanted but he built what I needed. Would definitely recommend.
My Waltec faucet was leaking and it was because of the worn out rubber seat and the spring underneath. EMCO has the right part and they were very friendly and patient helping me figure out the right part. Highly recommend and will come back in future.
I came in last minute on a Friday evening, the counter staff was very helpful and helped me load my truck, even though they probably just wanted to get home.
This is the WORST experience I have EVER had in my life. I would never recommend this Burlington location to anyone. Upon first meeting with them for my reno, they were less then impressed to be helping. It was a snowy stormy day, so I excused the chip on said Employees shoulder. After the first meeting it was a down hill slide from “maybe they were having a day” to “this place is actually the worst location ever”. It took forever and a day to get my quote, which I left to my contractor as I felt they had more pull on the situation. The employee I dealt with couldn’t find a tub for our needs. So I ended up doing the leg work on it. She missed ordered parts. A toilet ended up broken, which we were lucky enough to sub out with a dupe at the 11th hour. The topping on this rather awful cake is a 1250.25 tub and faucet pole kit. Which was never mentioned as special order and cannot be returned. My contractor and plumber mostly deal with the Hamilton location and said they have never encountered such a cluster mess as this. I went to the Burlington location as it was closest. Such a mess and I’m outta pocket over 1200 bucks! If you need a Burlington plumbing fixture company head to Robinson, the customer service reps will literally bend over backwards to help you. For anyone who wants to know, my Emco bill was almost 20,000, this wasn’t a small project.
In these covid times this place took safety precautions that made us feel comfortable. The service was amazing, and Jacqueline not only helped, but any time any issues arose she went above an beyond. This is definitely our first choice when anything else comes up in the future.
Erica was great to deal with. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. and our contractor passed along his substantial discounts to us. We are very happy customers for our 2 bathroom renovations.
Worst customer service I've ever received. Spent over $15,000 on a house reno in 2017. Lots of delays supplier issues Ordered an extra sink grid in July 2018 and paid for it then. They ordered incorrect item 5 times. I drove in from Stoney Creek to Burlington 4 times and was told in June 2019 that they would speak with supplier rep and try again. Livid!! Supplier issue or not, this should have been addressed. Very poor service!!!!! Check out their showroom, but do not buy there. Follow up: ordered sink grid myself from Amazon. Got correct item in 10 days.
