I am a Hair Stylist at Wild Root Salon in the Northgate Mall. I am a graduate of TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy and Habitude's Advanced Training program. I am proud to be a participant in the Aveda mission and am always looking for new clients to pamper!

Julia is the BEST!! She has been taking excellent care of my hair for years. I just love her
Julia and Kristina were a fabulous duo on my wedding day! After seeing Julia for a regular haircut appointment which are also great!, I inquired about if the studio offered hair and makeup services for weddings. Both her and her business partner Kristina are such sweet individuals, I figured that they might bring the perfect attitude and energy for such a stressful day! After receiving the price list, I found their offerings very competitive! We scheduled a HMU trial at the studio for about a month out from my wedding day. The trial went great and, after sporting my up-do and fake lashes all day and following up, we knew what adjustments would need to be made on the day-of. They both arrived at my hotel on the morning of my wedding ready to get to business. They were able to accommodate a tight schedule on my wedding day doing hair and makeup for myself, my mother and my bridesmaids! I am so pleased with the work they did and loved working with both of them. It’s great to be able to continue to see Julia for my hair appointments too! Please consider checking out their adorable studio in Greenwood for a regular hair appointment or special event hair and makeup services! You will not be disappointed!
I have been going to Juilia for years. She does great cuts and color, especially non-traditional colors. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else
I've been going to Julia once a month for about 6 years. Each time has been a top notch experience and cut! Her expertise kept me looking good. Anytime I wanted to make a style change, she always helped to tweak my ideas so they worked with my face shape and hair type. Highly recommend!
Julia is fab as a human and stylist. She knows how to work with curls and really listens to what I want. She is also excellent at walking me through when I want to make a big change. I never feel pressured but I always get really good information to help me make my hair related decisions.
My wife and daughter had been clients here over the past year. Haircuts and coloring were competent, hence the 3 stars. On my wife's last visit March 17, 2022, the stylist was not masked, and refused to mask when my wife immunocompromised requested. She then said "you may as well stay, because I'm going to charge you either way", which is an interesting way of retaining clients. I get that the mask requirement is lifted, but if you're going to make an inflexible change, you should notify your clients so they can make an informed decision and cancel in time if they choose.Services: Haircut
Julia is the BEST! She's been doing my hair for 5 years and I ALWAYS love my cut and color! She's always listened to my ideas and looked the haircut ideas I've saved, and taken those and applied them to me specifically. Rare talent!
Julia has been cutting my hair for almost five years now and I would be lost without her. I am not a "hair" person - I don't know how to style my hair, I'm challenged at using a hair dryer, and most days my hair has a mind of its own. Julia takes care of all of this for me! She always makes sure that I'm comfortable with the style and that I won't be lost when I'm doing it on my own. She talks me through my options when I'm tempted to just shave it all off. And she makes me feel beautiful even on the days when I feel anything but. I frequently get comments on my haircuts and Julia is the only one who can receive credit for that. The prices are competitive and I find that most of what I'm paying for is the peace of mind that my hair stylist actually wants me to love my hair and that's exactly what she does.
Julia has done my hair for years. She is amazing. She will listen to you and make you feel beautiful. She also keeps the salon incredibly clean. She is a total professional and listens to your needs.
