This is seriously the most gorgeous ring ever and we cannot thank them enough!!! They also have an entire showroom of drool worthy jewelry

I absolutely love how the staff makes me feel like family when I walk in, to the top notch work they do to provide the best quality jewelry for their customers! You all are fantastic I recently had some extensive work done to my wedding ring, and couldn’t be happier with how helpful they were and how amazing it looks! I’m very impressed! Emerald City Jewelers and their staff are above and beyond the best. From the minute you walk through the door to the minute you walk out, they make you feel so welcome without being pushy. They have become the only place we will buy our jewelry and has always been the only place my husband will get his watches worked on. They treat you like you are a part of them. We have been going for many years and it is amazing the staff that remembers us when we walk through the door. Not only are you getting quality jewelry with them but you are also getting EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!!!
I love Emerald City! They made our engagement and wedding ring process so enjoyable. Allison, one of the workers, reduced so much stress and anxiety for me during wedding planning! I highly recommend speaking with her if you are planning a proposal! My husband said she was really helpful and even helped him customize my engagement ring while he was across the country
Most accommodating. I took in a watch for a battery. I had taken it to 2 other stores in the past few weeks and no one could get the back off. Sherry took it and within minutes she returned with it with a new battery in it. Also offered me a 3 year warranty on the battery. Excellent customer service and patience.

The jeweler at Emerald City Jewelers is one of the best jewelers in the area. He not only explains exactly what he is going to do to create your custom ring but he puts his whole heart and creativity into the ring to make it special for you. Also, the moment my husband and I walked into Emerald City Jewelers we felt welcomed. All of the employees there are so warm and friendly. We would give Emerald City Jewelers our business any day of the year.
Very nice people, I had my watchband sized for my at a great price. Even though it was not bought there they still fixed it for me. I have called around to others and either they want me to buy one of their watches or they charge to much. I would highly recommend them. Yesterday I needed batteries for two of my pocket watches and a wrist watch, because I have gone to them before I was very happy to go back to them again.
They were able to repair my 1954 Schaty anniversary clock. The staff was very helpfull and knowledgeable. I was also given advice on how to setup the clock when I returned home.
My dealings with Emerald City Jewelers have always been wonderful. Their staff is very friendly and willing to help me find what I might like. This time I knew what I wanted and they were more than accommodating in assisting me. The necklace and charms needed were fastened within minutes and they even gift wrapped it for me as well. Their service is second to none and I love their current location as well. I strongly recommend them for any future jewelry needs one might have.
