Emerald Isle Edison Park

One of Park Ridge's best watering hole! Food is good, consistent, and plentiful. Parking across the street and along the main road. Drinks are on par with what's expected of a proper Chicagoland bar. Staff is friendly and fast. All you need and nothing you don't. Recommend!Food: 4/5

Attempted to go there last night. Bouncer told the group of us as we walked in: "This isn't your crowd" Confusing, not sure what that meant? Waited several minutes at the bar, until finally a bartender refused to serve us stating "you should go to the bar around back" and then proceeded to serve a group of patrons who I assume fit their desired demographic.

Great place was there on Sunday night the Irish singing great place great staff meet one of the owners very nice my friend is a regular there she loves it and always says really good things about the place, she's not easily impressed either. ThanksFood: 5/5

There was a blonde bartender that did not serve my friend cause she was drunk and we both thought that was very kind and mature. And the drinks hit

0 stars if I could. We have been here multiple time and sat out back with our dog as recently as 8/23, had a nice visit, and even met one of the owners. As soon as we parked on 8/27 and we’re walking towards the crosswalk with our dog, a very rude bartender came out yelling at us that he was getting us towed. We had all intentions of sitting out back, ordering some food for their new menu and drinks, and enjoying the afternoon at the isle when this gentleman was extremely rude. We informed him we were going there and we’re just going in the back. He swore at us and told us they don’t allow dogs and he didn’t know what we were talking about. We understand if there was a new policy put in place but there is a better way of communicating it to the public. We will never give them our business again.

Bouncer wouldn't let my friend and me in, saying our IDs were fake even though we're both 23-24. Yet, I saw people who I KNOW are under the age of 21 in there. Get someone who can actually tell the difference!
