Emerald Queen Casino And Hotel #108

Went concert on Sat night. One parking garage was packed with lots of vehicles searching for a space. The other garage was much less busy. Hotel reception was very helpful and provided map for casino, ticket box and event center. Concert venue was was great. Unlike the old casino which was a large room with folding chairs on one level, this one had floor seats plus seating on risers. We were seated rather far from stage on the risers yet were able to easily see the stage. Also 2 large screens on either side provided great views of stage action. Sound was good as was the light show. Best casino for concerts!

This is a rather large casino. It is easy to get turned around in here. There are plenty of machines to keep everyone happy. I didn't see a high limit room, but I probably didn't see the whole casino either. They have smoking and non smoking areas. I saw mostly penny slots, but some of those the minimum bet was three dollars. There were lots of people winning. Like always I almost doubled my money in the first half hour, but by the time the night was through I had spent it all. I will never learn. My wife did well though netting over one thousand dollars. It in no way makes up for our losses at other casinos. This will be the thing we remember though.

We try to come to this casino once a month or so. My daughter my wife and I have fun looking around find different slot machines we haven't hit anything really big yet but we haven't really lost either so. I recommended you know it has a smoking section and not smoking hard to distinguish sometimes cuz the smoke goes everywhere but it is pretty nice place and it's clean and there's a lot of security so you will definitely be safe

Very nice hotel and Casino. The facility is very big and even has free valet parking. I did not have a reservation and the staff was very nice and took care of me. They even noticed my credit card and asked if I was military and they have a discount thank you very much!. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The shower had hot water for days I would have liked a little more water pressure, but it’s not a big deal. The bed was very nice and the linens smelled great. I would defiantly go back, it is very easy to find just off I95.

I have the pleasure of working here. My job allows me the opportunity to observe, interact with and speak with thousands of guests. I can honestly say that I believe I speak for not only myself but so many of these guests as well, when saying we have so many wonderful people who work here and keep this place running well. We have a tremendous security staff, excellent dining options, a huge variety of slot machines, super fun events, exciting table games. So many incredible staff members. I could keep going on...instead I will finish by saying if you haven't already visited us...make sure you do! You won't regret it.

Very good casino & hotel. The casino is big and offer all the games you need. I bet and make good money. The sport center where you place your bets for the live games. The staff is nice and professional. Everything around is clean. Has a lot of security and big parking lot. Their bars and restaurants are great. Well recommended.

I have lost thousands of dollars in the past 6 months. And this casino doesn't give even half of that back. Thanks to the poor odds I will never return to this casino. This casino makes million dollars a year. Does it even give and grand jackpots? I haven't heard of one since I've been there. Dozens and dozens of times. Get real.

This place gets 1 star because there are people who are allowed to walk around and bum money. There are people who sleep and the workers don't do anything about it. The machines take and take hundreds of dollars with no decent pays or bonuses. The tribe needs to find new management. With this type of payout, it's going to go downhill fast. Online betting is paying people better than this casino.

This is one beautiful casino and one awesome unique casino in lots of different ways to entryway with it I don't know how many stories high voltage ceilings is just beautiful and impressive and the fact that the windows by the bar on the one side of the casino floor are open or at least not covered so you can see outside for you the freeway and the city around is pretty cool normally casinos keep you closed up inside and no light from outside no way to see outside unless you go outside so that's kind of cool neat factor, Great games awesome bathrooms soda coffee in these great customer service cool floor plan really and lots of parking in the parking lot just remember what level and where your at cuz there's multiple levels easy to get confused with that one so make sure you take note and if you can't remember how to get back out just ask somebody though lead your head to it not stay to the hotel with love to check it out but I haven't yet so can't rate that one yet but the casinos awesome definitely recommend

There are 2 Emerald Queen locations. And I'm not really sure which one I ended up at but it happens to go to both of them. So I'm not sure which review. I am actually going to be banks since it was a little confusing in the first place. But I believe this is the newer location that was absolutely beautiful.
