After I had been having excruciating pain in my tooth for two days, I decided I couldn't wait any longer to have my tooth looked at. I found Emergency Dental Care USA. I called and got an appointment within an hour of speaking to someone. Mindy is an absolute angel. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left she was so incredibly kind and compassionate. She made me feel so comfortable. The dentist and her tech were fantastic.  They made sure I was comfortable and they did not try and sway me when I said "I want the tooth out". The procedure was fast and easy and they made sure to check on me as my tooth was being removed. Thank you again to all of the staff here.

Originally thought the experience was great. Few hiccups, but still handled well. Then I randomly get a text stating I still owe them a significant amount without any reason or explanation. Just stating to pay them more. Mind you I paid in full at the time of the procedure. It has been well over a week and I never once received the follow up. When I called to figure out the charge explanation I was simply told to figure it out with my insurance company and they simply guessed what I should expect. Never ONCE was that explained. That phone call was handled unprofessionally and without any sensitivity. When somebody gets randomly sprung with nearly $1000, you should probably be a little more delicate.

These people are absolute saints! From the moment I walked in, during the procedure and when I waved goodbye, I felt nothing but respected, welcomed, safe and acknowledged.  The front desk admin. I believe her name was Mindy. She was precious! I felt like my mom was there with me. The tech that was back there with me literally felt like my big sister supporting me through it all. The dentist was not only knowledgeable but compassionate too. Let me tell you I was a big baby. I was ANXIOUS when I arrived and during the procedure, but not one time did they make me feel like I was overreacting. They acknowledged my anxiety and helped walk me through it. If I could give them TEN stars I certainly would! Perfect customer service and bed side manners bar none! That's hard to come by these days. Emergency Dental Care is the place to go for a time a such.

I had a horrible pain in my mouth and couldn’t find anyone within 30 min drive open except them. I was so grateful at first! Great communication via text, filling out paperwork online, nice official building, and they tell you right away by automated text and in person that there’s a flat fee of $95 if you have no insurance. I have dental insurance, but they said they couldn’t accept my insurance. Ok… I sit down in the examination chair, and get X-ray. Dentist comes in, doesn’t introduce herself. I voluntarily tell her what’s going on and she briefly looks in my mouth and tells me that I have an infection. She then tells me I have an infection somewhere else in my mouth as well and is surprised it doesn’t hurt me. She then tells me that I have two options, I can get the tooth REMOVED right now or I can go get a root canal from an affiliate specialist. What?! She then just walks out?! Luckily, her dental technician was kind enough to stay and reiterate my options. But, I trusted my gut and left with my teeth.  I was able to get an appointment with my routine dentist the next day. They told me that I do not have an infection anywhere in my mouth and that I just had some swelling and they needed to do a quick cleaning to assess the issue.  I’m now already on the mend. The reason I gave them one Star is because they gave me a prescription for 800 mg of ibuprofen. That helped. They also gave me antibiotics, but my doctor said that was unnecessary because I don’t have an infection. Word to the wise, don’t just let them take your tooth! Nice people but not thorough enough during my visit.

Outstanding! Dr. Witt and Mari are superb! Went to hosp. ER but couldnt help. They did refer me here. Very reasonable pricing to be seen. Two shots and scripts for tooth infection. $95 out the door! Thanks so much! FIVE STARS!

Just one word… AMAZING! Are you kidding me! I came in with excruciating pain. Could not move the left side of my face. Just so so so painful and my dentist couldn’t get me in until Monday. That was 3 days away! I had to get seen immediately, so I did some researched and came across this office. So happy I did. I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist but for some reason I felt at ease. The staff was nice and knowledgeable and the dentist that removed my tooth was friendly as well. Made me feel relaxed and they offered a bunch of different payment options. Thank you so much!

Everyone was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I got in so fast, had 3 teeth removed. Price was a little high but there isn’t a price on getting a painful tooth removed same day on a weekend.

One of the best dental office experiences I’ve ever had. The friendly and skilled staff explained my options and costs they take most major insurance, then fixed my tooth so quickly and gently. I highly recommend to anyone in need.

The staff and dentist are great! They answered all my questions and provided the care and understanding you want when you have a dental emergency, while not being pushy. A special shout out to Mindy who put me at ease and went out of her way to make a bad time much more bearable!!

Amazing! This office has it down. They got me in same day and on a Saturday. They fixed my tooth I chipped and was able to do an extraction that I had been putting off. My anxiety was high but they walked me through everything. My concerns were their priority.  So happy I found them. Also the staff and doctors were friendly and awesome bed side manner. I highly recommend them.
