Emerson College Quidditch began with just 14 freshmen who thought it would be a fun idea to try and play as a floor event.
After a successful afternoon of playing quidditch, the idea grew into the actual Emerson College Quidditch League.
ECQ now has five intramural house league teams and an affiliate World Cup tournament team that competes against other collegiate teams.
