They rented me a 75000± mile vehicle which was filthy, had cigarette burns and ash all over the console and seats.  The tires were in poor condition resulting in a blow out while on the highway.  When I returned the vehicle as agreed my deposit was not returned.  The owner claimes that I or someone else had been smoking in the vehicle.  I do not smoke and neither does my dog who traveled with me.  I understand this is a common practice at this location.  I filled a complaint with the BBB and have been advised to file a police report as well as other legal avenues.  DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH THE SHADY EMIL RENTAL CAR EXPRESS!  YOU'LL BE SORRY

This company needs to be shut down immediately. I still haven’t received my deposit back from them and no one is answering the phone now. These people are crooks and their cars have roaches in it plus no air conditioner. They told me my deposit will be held for three days for tolls and tickets and will be mailed out to me. It has been over a week now since I returned there vehicle and I still haven’t received my deposit better yet a call from them regarding my money. Worst Business Ever

Don’t go here. They will make up some excuse to not give you your deposit back. Returned the car clean even removed all the roaches it had. Told me to return in 3 days for my deposit. Came back and they told me my license was suspended and they had told me to return the car. Which is a lie because I came back to their office after a week to extend the car. I’m reporting them everyone should do the same. I will not stop till they are closed

Crooks! Please file all your complaints ONLINE, about this business to Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau to get them shut down. You can also write your  complaints to the Attorney General, If enough Complaints are put in, this company will be investigated and shutdown. I know for sure they have forged documentation and have done other illegal activity to get over on their customers.

I rented a car from them on Saturday Jan 16, 2019. For one week to be returned the following Saturday. When returning the car they were closed. The same day I'm home and went to the car the owner pulled up to my building and proceeded to curse me to give him gis car key... I gave him his keys and he left without allowing me to get my items out of the vehicle. I called him and he said I will have to wait until they come pick up the car to retrieve my items and I won't be getting my deposit until the following Thursday. I went Friday to pick up my belongings and deposit and they lied and said I messed up their rim and didn't return the key. I had to get police involed . They still did not give me my personal deposit or personal items that was in the car... They printed out a bogus reposetion letter stating the car was towed. I know it was bogus because I asked for a copy and it was dated november of 2017. These people are theives and liars.

For anyone who doesnt like this business please contact better business Bureau. Lets get this place shut down once and for all. Its to many people complaining about not getting their deposit. My sister rented from them a year ago and there was ROACHES in the car and I just happened to read his reply and it was a complete lie. Dont trust these people.

Ignore all the ignorant past customer reviews, I've worked in the rental car biz and the only people that write bad reviews are the ones trying to get one over on the business. If there's anyone named Emil involved, you can rest easy knowing they are the most honest & trustworthy people. They will try their best to accommodate you. Noroc și multă succes!

If I could give this place no stars I would. They make you sign an agreement than pressure you to give more and make rules up so you can pay more. You pay $10 insurance a day just to not be covered. If you get in a accident you pay for everything. These people are nasty and money hungry they even tried to pressure me to extend it for more days. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. They dont even take the cars to mechanics instead they TRY to fix it themselves.

Gave it a one star because 0 isn’t an option.!!Do not rent a car from here, ridiculous prices and cars are not well maintained! gave me a car with bad brakes and they didn’t even know if the oil was good or not. Horrible place, save your money! Avoid going here at all costs!! Also they made up reasons why I couldn’t get my full deposit back. Horrible service!!!!

Worst rental place ever !!!! Stay far away you get what you pay for they are all crooks ! This place needs to be shut down! They don't even give you back your 300$ deposit! They make up lies on why they can't give it back
