Professional Real Estate Agent: Valuing Service Over Self. Commitment to timely engagement with all clients.
Emily Boardman epitomizes the integrity, passion, hard work, and creative service that you have come to expect from a Minear Real Estate Broker. Emily takes pride in counseling you through every detail of your real estate transaction, and will work hard as your ally throughout the process to ensure your happiness. Not straying too far from her roots in Whitley County, Emily attended Manchester College and earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She put her knowledge to use as a private nanny for several years. Her experience and passion for working with children and families naturally led her to seek employment with The Bowen Center. Here, she was able to affect change by serving as a counselor. Though Emily enjoyed many aspects of her previous occupations, there was something missing. The excitement that she felt when buying her first, then second, and, finally, third home was inspiring. Tiling a bathroom floor, renovating a stale kitchen, planting a butterfly garden outside the living room window — now this was her passion! So, with the encouragement of family and friends, she decided to take her energy for creating a “home” and working with people and live it everyday. Emily completed her 90-hour Broker Course at the top of her class. Joining the Minear Real Estate team offers Emily the opportunity to demonstrate her work ethic and trustworthiness in client-based interactions. When Emily and her husband, Brent, aren’t catching up on a Netflix series, she is probably forfeiting the remote to her little girl, Emelia, again — Wizard of Oz, perhaps. Whether selling your current home or searching for a new one, Emily would be delighted to help you find your “There’s no place like home.”
