Can anybody explain why a bottle of josh Cabernet a 10-12$ bottle of wine costs 22$ here ?! That’s just one example. Place is a RIP OFFF
Rip off. Old dude will charge anything to make a buck. Definitely go to liquor stores away from the theme parks.
Go to WALMART, this place is a joke! Prices were OVER double what other places charge, just look at other reviews. No wonder I was the only customer. Literally nothing has a price sticker in the store, and the cashier just started punching in numbers when I got to the front, no scanning actual price marks. Good job owner, you get people to come once and never come again. Great business
I stopped in today. The place smells terrible, and the price of their wine is double what it should be. There are basically 2 wine isles, 1 is the cheap wine so the $9 bottle for $15 ok not double but seriously. Then the $12 isle for $19. Oh and someone would actually have to be at the counter if you wanted something at the absurd price. Go 3 minutes down the road.
Absolutely despicable prices. No doubt, they are trying to take advantage of foreign tourists. A bottle of wine that I buy at Publix for $18 is $44 here. EVERYTHING is double the price of a normal liquor/ beer/ wine store. And without question anyone claiming fair prices in a review is a friend of the owners , or absurdly uninformed.
Dark dreary store . No spacious isle. Just enough room to walk by. Dense with boxes. Had the tequila needed for our margaritas. But not fully stocked. Arab owner not customer oriented at all. Provide service but nothing else. We paid we left. Go if you have to. Other wise find another store to spend your money.
Wheeew SAVE YOURSELF do not go here. Jacked up prices! I paid $40 for the big bottle of Ciroc...next day I found the Walmart Liquor Store same bottle same size $25. Talk about MAD! Do not go here!
Appreciate that they were open late, but the prices are crazy. Approaching double what we pay most places. I'd only go here again if no where else was open.
Since it's in a heavy tourist area the, prices are jacked up. Selection is super limited. It's worth driving the extra ten min to go to a normal store I know your excited but just take the time trust me
Do not shop at Empire unless you enjoy being ripped off!!! I travel a lot and Empire liquor is by far most expensive overpriced liquor store I have ever seen! Prices are literally double than anywhere else around. Payed over $31.00 for a 750ml bottle of fireball at Empire liquor! Kings liquor is . 3 miles away and I only payed $17.00 for the same bottle. Only gave one star bc no stars wasn't an option. Never going here again!
