Owner was mean, his wife is extremely nice. Prices here are unmarked so they can charge whatever. Owner is rude, will never comeback here. It also smells like cigarettes :
They hide the prices , I saw Stela Beer for $15.49 for 12 cans, when I went to pay they changed the price. They wanted 18 dollars and some change, I walked away. They need to put prices !!! 4/30/2023

Worst prices in town…$75 for McKenna is silly. No prices are correct on the shelf. Where is the money going as this place is a total dump! Sad to admit that I did buy a McKenna for ONE reason, it dumped on my birthday. Taking this store out of my search from now on.
Nice little store but the employees and owners have zero professionalism and customer service. Anywhere I shop I always go above and offer my hellos and thank yous even when cashiers do not. But it speaks volumes when they do not respond especially the heavy set Asian guy. If only they realized that customers have a choice of taking their business somewhere else.
I went there today and everything was overpriced and they didnt have a very wide selection. Also, the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I will most definitely be spending my dollar and The Winery II on Savoy drive. They have a much better selection, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is impeccable. Please do not Shop at Empire Package Store.
COVID-19 advisory ! Be careful in this Store! Rude employees, not all liquor are label with the correct Prices. No employees had mask! No guest asked to wear a Mask! The owner only care about Money not You! I am in the industry for 20years! The price here are $6-20 more then anywhere in Atlanta. I will never be back to this Establishment.
The cashier was very pleasant.. The store owner another story. I wanted a Rose wine but it was a little pricey so i went with a Chardonnay . When the cashier rung up my order its seems as the Chardonnay was $2 difference from the Rose. So I decided to change to the Rose .So I told the owner I'll pay the difference .So he said ok?$2.40 . I gave him $2 and i had no more change because i use my card for $74. already .He want to run my card for the .40. Like seriously .40 when I just gave you $74. . .If it wasn't 10 mins. to 10 .I Would've gave the hole order back. If the owner can't go for .40 .I cant shop there. So with that being said .I WONT EVERY GO IN EMPIRE PACKAGE AGAIN.....
I went there today and the African American young lady behind the counter with the lip ring and blonde braids was very rude... she tried to fight me from behind the counter. Also they are very over priced. I will never shop there ever again and I would advise no one to go there. They are extremely unprofessional.
