The 2nd Annual Empire State Cup returns to Syracuse, New York from August 1-4 2013. The Empire State Cup was designed in 2012 to give high school boys lacrosse players in the state of New York another opportunity to be seen and recruited playing at the highest level of competition possible. The 2014 Cup will introduce a new divisions, including girls high school, and boys developmental. The Empire State Cup understands the importance of being seen, and how to be recruited, and focuses on tryouts rather than tournament day as the focus to get more athletes exposed to college coaches. The cup is designed to see who indeed is the best region in the Empire State.
