We had the worst experience with this company. They did not communicate well during our home selling process. We always had to reach out to they to find out status or next steps during the process. They kept telling us different dates or had to talk/call someone else to find out. They held back money from our deposit and were very rude about it. The paper work clearly stated an exact dollar amount and they tried to make up and excuse on why the check was different from the paperwork. Nobody even tried to look into it or even see why it was different, just got an attitude about it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
They were so professional, and on top of their game. We had to sign closing docs with a mobile notary, and they were kind enough to meet in the parking lot of my husbands work place! We had a few hiccups due to the sellers realtor being obnoxious, and the title company made it a smooth experience anyway. We will happily use them for all future purchases!
Great office and great staff. I've worked worked with them on dozens of transactions over the last few years and always had a high level of service. If you're looking to purchase, sell or even refinance Empire West is the best!
I'm very disappointed with this title company. During my signing, I found that many of the numbers were incorrect. I waited while they made corrections. Corrections were made and I signed. I was then charged an additional fee after the fact! I had already signed and they changed my HUD! They never reimbursed my fee. And they also deleted my original post. Will never never use Empire West again.
This Title company is the best..so happy that Wain Capital directed them in my direction.. If your refinancing or going to purchase a home.. use Wain Capital and Empire West Title..
