Our visit was phenomenal. It became obvious to us very quickly that what felt like special treatment to us was simply just the awesome way the employees regularly run this office. From the front desk to the doctor everyone was so personable and had no problems answering every question we had without leaving us with that rushed hurried feeling that some often project in medical offices. The dictionary was thorough and sensitive. As we had traveled a long way for this office visit, he went out of his way to conduct the initial consultation and proceed with the on the same day. Was definitely a bit nervous going in to get three wisdom and a baby tooth extracted, but the staff made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. They thoroughly discussed the procedure and aftercare with me, and Dr. Odom even called in the afternoon to make sure I was feeling okay! The whole visit was less than an hour and a half, and it’s now day 2 without any unexpected complications. Would definitely recommend this provider!
Absolutely amazing. They not only got me in early. They made me feel so comfortable. Answered my questions, went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend them to everyone. So happy with service. The dentist, the nursing staff, billing clerk, even the receptionist were so kind and professional.
I had a great visit. Two of the nurses I grew up around when I was younger, so it was nice having people there who I knew. They took such great care of me and were not afraid to communicate with me. I have had no complications with my recovery so far, other than the expected.
I've been to a lot of dentist since I was a kid. And this was by far the best experience. The staff is AMAZING. I drove 2 hours and it was worth it. They worked me in the next after having called over 30 dentist. Would completely recommend.
Terrific experience with wisdom tooth removal as an adult. Was nervous about anesthesia, but staff and Dr. Odom were great at making me comfortable. Procedure was over in the blink of an eye and healing has been smooth. Would definitely recommend.
Best experience I've ever had for going into a dentist office or oral surgeon's office ever to have a tooth removed. I've had a few teeth pulled before but this time there was a difference. This time I got put to sleep. This was so much easier and a lot less stressful. Plus recovery was, well, I've had zero swelling, zero pain still and that was 3 days ago, zero bleeding, and was back to eating carefully normal foods the next day. I highly recommend if you are nervous, scared, or just don't want to feel the pressure or hear the cracking associated with a tooth removal, request to have it done while being asleep if possible. And don't believe the humor/horror stories on YouTube about how loopy you'll be after recovery. I could have driven home immediately after being woke up.
Very accommodating to my need to quickly see them before leaving town after primary dentist recommended them for my procedure. Hardly felt the needles for anesthesia injections. Office personnel very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining insurance. Do need some internet patient information form user friendliness as filled out twice and they hadn't received it.
We love this place, weve only used it twice for wisdom removal. The staff is excellent. They are all very friendly , and helpful. And the doctor is great he is very informative about everything that goes on!
