EMS Professionals, Inc. is a full line Emergency Medical Supply and Uniform Distribution Company, centrally located in Jefferson City, Missouri. We carry everything you need, from Airway to Wound Care, from Band-Aids to stretchers and monitors, and everything in between! We also offer Uniforms for EMS, Fire, and Law Enforcement. If you do not see what you need, call us we will find it! We want to be your one stop shop!
At EMS Professionals, we have a very well trained staff with more than 65 years combined experience in the EMS Industry! (You may recognize many of our voices from "AllMed"!) Our product knowledge is substantial to make life easier for you when placing your order or inquiring about an item. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge you need in this industry, the best pricing possible, and most importantly, “The Excellent Customer Service”, we know you deserve. Placed an order for boots in July. I was sent the wrong boots and at first they were great about it. After many emails and calls I was told I had a refund pending as well as the correct boots had been shipped. Well now, it’s January. I never receive the right boots OR the refund. My calls and e-mails go unanswered. Sad because I would have sent a ton of business their way. Even though I was allowed to keep the wrong merchandise that was sent, this does not make up for the fact that I’ve still received nothing that was promised. I will also add that I NEVER asked for a refund, but it was promised. I really just want the boots I ordered. Next I will be reaching out to their suppliers, as well as the BBB and state attorney general, as it feels like theirs some sketchy stuff going on with this place. One star because there’s no option for zero.
Terrible company to deal with. Placed an order and paid with CC --order was never shipped. Our emails and calls are not answered and on top it they have run multiple charges on our card--over 20 of them and they simply didnot respond to our emails.
DO NOT waste your time or money!!! I ordered in January. I was told many times my boots were coming. They sent the wrong boots, and again told they would send me the correct. AGAIN DO NOT buy anything through them. Check BBB reviews as well.
I ordered two shirts in October of 2020 I called many many times I have talked with the manager and employees and for all that almost two years later I only have one of the shirts and that took around one year to get I have given up on the other one.
Paid for a whole set of scrubs jacket included back in July of 2019. It's now December 7, 2019 and still have not received my scrubs; none in my entire nursing class received theirs either. The office is often closed when Google maps says they are open. We've been told that my class and me would get our money back. I really wanted to give these people a chance but it's been five months now. Some of my classmates purchased over a $100 worth of scrubs and still did not get their money back either. I'm really disappointed.
It’s been over 3 weeks since I was supposed to have my items or a refund and now they won’t answer my phone calls or emails DO NOT waist your time!
This place has seriously great prices for the quality of product you receive! I've been in there bought numerous times buying Propper Brand Shirts and I have sent other people in to get scrubs and their prices on scrubs are way lower than other big scrub shops for the same good quality. Highly Reccomend them if your looking for good quality stuff at great prices!
if I could give no stars I would. went to them to get uniforms ordered and they advised it would be 7-10 days for delivery. well i waited and gave them 2 full weeks then called on a Monday. they told me that they were not in yet that the ordered was back ordered to give it til Friday, so i did. well i called them again and it was still not there. they advised for me to give it a couple more days. at this point i was still being nice but was on a time crunch and really needed them in. the third time i called they told me that the BOSS called the distributor and was told that it was going to be shipped that day and that they would have it next day. well big shocker i called the next day and it was not there. the person i talked too advised that it should be there. at this point i was getting mad because i was told that it will be there and i was at the point where i had to have them i didn't have anymore time to wait. well they called me before they closed and said that the order still has yet to leave the wearhouse and that they will be giving me a refund for the order cus i was required to pay when they were ordered. well i went to amazon and had them in 2 days. it was over a month from when i placed the order to when they finally told me that they wont be getting them and canceled my order. they wasted my time and made me miss my deadline but they jacked me around! not happy and would NEVER EVER advised anyone to use them.
i would like to warn you not deal with this company specially if you are outside the US, they will take your money and you will get stuck. I had a business twice with this company -overseas- , both was bad experience but the second one was really bad, where we placed an order and transferred the full amount to EMS 5200 USD then for more than 3 months we keep trying to get any updates and the reply was they are waiting tracking number, the big problem that there were no communication at all where we try to call office number they always answer that this case belongs to Ms Marsha, so we ask about Marsha, she is always either sick, in meeting, out for more than 2 months, and no way to reach her by phone, after all that and after i start annoying her with my calls, she transferred back to us 2600 USD, and she claims that she paid 2600 USD for our previous order as extra charges for shipping. i have a big loss due to this case, where i had a penalty from my client which is a government, as well as loss of time and 2600$.
Great local place for all your ems/law clothing and other items. Great service too. They mis measured a hem job, but after a few calls they fix it and exchanged our order.
