Enchanted Florist

I received flowers from my brother. They were a disappointment to say the least. It was a cut flower arrangement in a basket red and white carnations and roses with a couple of candy canes and pine. The arrangement was completely bare of flowers on one side.I’m sure my brother paid a lot for them. The flowers didn’t last two days. And yes I did make sure they hadn’t dried out. When I called to express my disappointment the women got defensive right away and accused me of being rude. She proceeded to tell me how many flowers they sent out for the holidays and that they are always fresh. When I try to tell her about my flowers. I was told flowers are perishable what did I expect. Not sure what I expected, but I didn’t expect the response I got.I will not be ordering anything from them.

My family entrusted enchanted to handle the floral arrangements for my nephews funeral. They were absolutely gorgeous and the florists were kind, professional and compassionate. The arrangements were delivered straight to the funeral home on time, they all looked stunning and vibrant.

BEWARE: My family recently placed an order with this florist for a marriage bouquet and even provided a picture to ensure it was designed as requested. However, on the the date of pickup, my family member kindly expressed that the bouquet was not designed as requested as referenced in the picture provided initially. Shockingly, the florist Gabrielle very indignantly began to holler and scream at my family member with demeaning implications of racial bias. When my family member’s daughter tried to respectfully discuss the issue, GABRIELLE BECAME COMBATIVE and PHYSICALLY GRABBED and KICKED her as my family member was trying to leave the store. It’s undoubtedly evident that Gabrielle has no concept of customer service, does not possess human decency and lacks self-control to refrain from imposing physical harm to customers.

Very disappointed with the 125.00 bouquet. Looked like it was thrown together by a toddler the last minute, and very cheap looking. Worst experience ever and feels like I have been taken advantage of ,not being there in person. Never once have I complained in my life about a bouquet, although this made me sick.

Enchantment Florist has delivered a few bouquets for me in town to my aunt and grandmother over the past few years and always did a beautiful job . Not to long ago they also handled my grandmother’s funeral. It was this difficult time that I can tell you that their superior quality and service was abundantly clear. I am grateful for the gorgeous floral arrangements they delivered and even more grateful at the ease and reliability of their ordering process and delivery service. This is a top notch business. Enchanted Florist does very artfully designed arrangements. I have used this florist for over 30 years. They are terrific!! Peter also sends an email confirmation when a floral order is delivered. This is a nice service. We are fortunate to have such a high quality home town florist.

Terrible service, we ordered a flowering plant to be sent to my sisters home in Lewiston, and surprisingly for the florist we were there when it was delivered. The order was nothing like what we ordered I did not have a flower and it was $25 less than the original online value. be a manager, or she called herself the manager, said that it was an equal value. Whatever happened to customer service? We have used this florist other years but we’re never at the arrival destination to see what was delivered. This is the first time and the last time we’ll ever use them again.

I order flowers or buy flowers from Enchanted Florist in Lewiston quite often. Never been disappointed. All recipients were genuinely pleased with the arrangements. Orders for out of town delivery, local delivery, special instruction delivery and pick up service always the best. Greeted promptly and courteously every time. I will continue to use Enchanted Florist for all my special occasions.

This florist which is family run….. is amazing!!!!! I don’t live in town but I have family that does. They make it easy for us to show our loved ones that we care from miles away. They are personable….. professional….. and make beautiful arrangements! Support local and small business’ and please give enchanted florist a try!

I have been impressed not only with the quality of flowers, the creativity of arrangement, and exceptional customer service. My delivery service was quite unusual. The delivery had to be delivered early in the morning as someone needed to be present to accept the arrangement early. The arrangement was delivered as requested and an email was sent to my attention stating that all was completed to my request. The flower arrangement was EXECTIONAL!!!! , everyone complimented on the BEAUTIFUL arrangement. Do not compromise, Enchanted Florist and Art Gallery is the BEST!!!!!!
