I can't say enough amazing things about Robin and Enchanted Petals! She truly made the most gorgeous bouquet I have ever seen!!! Very colorful, unique, and absolutely beautiful which is exactly what I envisioned! She also created a lovely floral crown and boutonniere. She had wonderful customer service. Robin is incredibly talented and very professional. I highly recommend her for your bouquet and floral needs!
I ordered a lovely bouquet online for my Mom's birthday. Shortly after I received an email from Robin indicating she might not have enough purple tulips and asked if I would like to substitute roses. I trusted her to make something beautiful for my Mom. As it turns out, she did get the tulips in the bouquet and it turned out beautifully. My Mom was very happy! I was impressed at the florist's honesty - I have dealt with other florists who have delivered bouquets that look nothing like what I ordered. I appreciated the effort made to ensure customer satisfaction!!
I am someone who checks reviews on anything and everything from an iron, to a vacation destination but have never actually posted a review until I had the privilege of doing business with Robin. Wow, talk about a person who is doing exactly what she was born to do. Trying to order a custom Irish funeral arrangement from out of state when you don't know who to call makes things difficult. I found Robin from Enchanted Petals from her fantastic reviews and I couldn't be more blessed. I sent her an e-mail on her site at 8:00 pm never expecting a response and sure enough within 30 minutes there she was. She totally put my mind at ease and told me to send her pictures of what I liked or she could use her creative imagination. I sent her The Gates of Heaven arrangement that I found and fell in love with but wasn't sure if it would even be possible. Silly me! Robin and her husband hand built the mold that was needed and the final product was absolutely breathtaking. She even included a Celtic pocket Rosary that my Aunt was able to take home as a keepsake. I must have texted, called and e-mailed her twenty times in three days about different questions or ideas and she never once made me feel like a bother although I know I was : I truly feel that Robin is right where she needs to be. A true, genuine, business owner that puts her heart and soul into making others smile. Thank you Robin and I hope to come meet you next time I'm in Va!
***IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD*** After searching multiple florist in Fredericksburg Va... I decided on Enchanted Petals, I'm so glad I did!! I contacted her seeking a custom gift basket that I needed to have delivered the same day. Robin asked me a few important questions and was so professional and warm as we talked. I asked her for several special touches and she didn't even hesitate or second guess my needs. She just assured me she could do it and would make it perfect. She not only made this goodies gift basket with my specific wants but she also sent me pictures as it was coming together and when it was finished. No florist or gift shop has ever been so attentive or cared enough to show me exactly what was being sent. I appreciate that so much! When I tell you she went above and beyond... She exceeded any expectations I may have had! When it was received... The recipient was completely ecstatic and raved about his basket and said "It made his Birthday perfect!". We were very pleased with the floral arrangements for our daughter's wedding. We met with Robin a few times to give her an idea of what we were looking for, including the bridal bouquet, floral arrangements for the altar, decorations for the pews, and, most importantly, the centerpieces for the tables at the reception.We were using family heirlooms of antique glass, and we asked Robin to provide individual, custom arrangements for each table. Robin and her crew arrived at the reception venue early on the day of the wedding and went to work. The beauty of the glass was enhanced by the arrangements. She was Very affordable, and was very attentive to our needs.
Very happy with my purchase! I called from out of state and spoke to Robin. I told her my price limit and asked what she could do last minute, I forgot my sister in law's birthday until the day before. I gave her my credit card and entrusted her to help. She took care of everything and we were all very happy with the finished product! Beautifully done! Kay was pleased to receive flowers at work. What a wonderful surprise. First time customer of Enchanted Petals. Did a search online this morning for a florist near my girlfriend's job, because she was having a bad morning and needed a pick me up. Enchanted Petals was the closest, and I'm glad I selected it. Robin was not only professional, but honest and accommodating. She just happened to be out of the flowers I was looking for but made me an arrangement at my price range, better than the one I found on her website. The gf loved it. Will definitely be using her services again.

Robin's the greatest! Highly recommend her if anyone needs flowers for any occasion from weddings to funerals. I don't know what it is but her arrangements are above and beyond anyone else's I've personally seen. If anyone ever needs a great florist give her a call, I promise you won't be disappointed.
