We recently lost our dog, Theo. Theo was a patient here for a shirt while a few years but the staff at Encino Park have been so supportive. I want to sincerely thank you all for the card and flowers AND for the EXCELLENT care you gave to my Theo. We are your patients for life.

First impression…the clinic is immaculate. Dr. Wilkerson examined our Shorty Jack Russell, Reina. Discussed in detail her findings and recommended treatment plan. Followup scheduled to confirm she is doing better. Summary: Everyone is smiling from the moment you checkin and checkout. Doctor and her staff are the best we have had the pleasure of meeting. What a relief to have you folks taking care of our baby.

My dog needed to be seen due to an emergency and they were able to accommodate us the same day. The entire staff was friendly and patient. They provided the care my dog needed and clearly explained her situation to me. I was having car issues as I was leaving and multiple staff members offered assistance and even a ride home if I needed one. They also checked in on both my dog and I the next day. I highly recommend this place, it's nice to know this place is close to home for any future care my dog may need.

I really want to like this place and the doctors are great. But their owners and pricing is not. To get shots you must pay for an office visit, cool, but to get a booster two weeks after the first you pay again. So a $40 shot canine influenza turns out around $100 after tax and some weird $5 fee on top of the $50 evaluation. They saw my dog 13 days ago and charged me $50 then to evaluate my dog, all I needed was a booster. This is the second time, the first time they waived the fee, not the second. The irony is that I had to see the specialist at Blue Pearl two hours later and they noticed a fungus on my dog's belly. So, the $50 fee for evaluation didn't look at my dog's belly.  This is why people go to low cost vaccine places, you don't need to pay $100 for a flu shot because it takes two $50 visits.  Stay away for basic shots, the doctors are great, the owners are greedy.  Edit: They called to correct this. I didn't want to argue with the front desk person just doing their job and hopefully for others they adhere to their policy of not charging for boosters. The doctors really are great. Added a star because they care and fixed.

Love this office. The staff goes above and beyond. Their app makes appointments and prescriptions easy, and they even offer at home services for an additional cost. When it was time for my dog to cross the rainbow bridge, Dr. Wilkerson came to my house and provided the necessary services for him to peacefully pass on, surrounded by his humans in the comfort of his home. I couldn’t be more grateful.

We received great treatment bringing our dog in with stomach problems. The front office was so helpful in listening to our concerns and quickly getting us scheduled. Dr Wilkerson was thorough and took her time listening & explaining. Definitely recommend this practice!

It was my puppies first time going to the vet since we adopted him and he and I absolutely loved it here ! Meg in the front is so so so sweet as well as the other lady’s everyone is super informative and made sure my puppy was loved and cared for the entire time. I couldn’t be happier to have brought him here and will be continuing to bring him here in the future !

So far, they have been a wonderful clinic to take my babies. They are thorough and ask to make sure if you want services that you may not have thought to get. My only complaint is that they are a little expensive but for them I'll pay.

I couldn’t recommend this vet clinic enough. The staff goes above and beyond, the clinic is super clean and my pup was taken care of. I trust them to take care of my dog and my future pups.

I do love the staff and veterinarians they are very friendly and welcoming every time I have visited. They are also very friendly with the pets and are one of the fastest vet visits I have dealt with. However, the prices as others have stated, are getting ridiculous. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars. If you need a Saturday appointment you have to pay a $72.00 charge to your bill in case of a no-show or cancellation. Along with $105.00 for two vaccine shots. If you add a fecal test it is another $40 charge. It would be great if they waved the appointment fee if you showed up for your appointment on time or early as I would love to stay a loyal customer but the prices are out of hand and need to be re-evaluated as I am not opposed to paying a fee for an appointment but I am not willing to pay over $100 for every visit we may need.
