Clean and secure storage facility with great prices. The manager Jimmy is extremely friendly and communicative and has helped me with multiple different unit rentals/swaps within the last 3 years or so. Have and will continue to recommend!

I called today, and it seemed like I was bothering the staff. would not match their competitors offers, prices are higher than the local competition. I ended up getting storage at sherman oaks ministorage, where the service was super friendly and the facility clean and bright.

So I just don’t recommend doing business with them. I canceled ages ago and like for some reason they didn’t go through with it. Then they charged me and I had my bank reverse it. I explained to them I canceled months ago. They told me that ‘they couldn’t find the email’. I then now a month or two later received a notice from them asking for a payment when I’ve told them TWICE now both about a month or two apart that I’ve canceled. Now I have to go through my bank statements searching for any charges they may have sent me and reversing them. They’re committing FRAUD and don’t want to let you cancel. Stay away. They’re a SCAM.

Absolutely the best in the biz. Owned by Moss & Co. and managed by Jimmy who is a class act. Super helpful and nice guy. You're in good hands here.

I have been renting at this storage facility for many years. Jimmy is always helpful and friendly. The facility itself is always very clean. I feel safe visiting my storage unit. I wholeheartedly recommend Encino Self Storage.

Horrible customer service. Workers are rude when you bring up a concern such gates not working or now that's under construction. They block you in and show no concern when asked to move a did eto be able to exit or drive in. Miss my old Extra space storage where workers were so nice and professional. Unlike this place stuff.

I got ROBBED, just happened, from my storage unit most of my belongings, art work mostly was chosen with knowledge and time available to them. It’s very disturbing and sad. I got nothing in return, no video that can determine an intrusion, that is what I was told. Absurd. A Police report was filed waiting for the Detective request to review video.

the storage unit is so convenient for me it's the right size and also the location is awesome it's like 10 minutes away from my place so I'm able to walk my stuff to the unit instead of driving.

Good location , clean and competitive prices, I ve been renting for a year and Jimmy the manager was professional and so helpful , I recommend it for everyone
