Honestly the staff is greatOmar, Laura, Austin, RJ. Everyone is genuine, really, honest, cares, and tries their best to move Mountains within their legal power to do so. Everything is modern and clean. It's a good price compared to others 4 bedrooms. The utilities are great. Pool, game room, study room, gymwish it was bigger; are all clean, smells clean, and cozy. Pool is definitely the best part. No complaints. Will keep an update on the review.
Staff really went out of their way to make me feel at home. I loved the 24/7 amenities and how quickly they responded to any of my needs. Greatly enjoyed my experience!
Apartments are nicely updated, the staff is caring, and the grounds are clean. Seems to be a good value for what you pay, but I haven’t been to every property in town.
Met Omar, one of the owners, on campus and he was so friendly! He asked us our opinions on business ideas, and was very appreciative of our input! We had a lot of questions about the properties, and he answered every one of them in detail! If this is any representation of what its like to live there 10/10 recommend!
Omar, one of the owners of Encore, is very approachable. He was on campus connecting with students and was super friendly. He noticeably takes time to listen to concerns and questions. If the staff is anything like Omar, highly recommend Encore.
I do not live there, but I just met the Regional Manager, Omar. He was a chill, easy to talk to guy that expressed interest about how to better accommodate the current and future residents of his complex!
The staff is amazing, but I would like to mention Laura in particular! These are great/affordable apartments in a college town. Maintenance issues come here and there, however; the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here so far and will always recommend it to others :
As a service provider, The Encore at Sam Houston is one of the most enjoyable places. Friendly staff and management, tidy and spacious apartments, friendly environment and an overall wonderful place.
The management here is horrible. They are more interested in drama then actually solving issues. They would rather hang out with problematic people at parties then listen to actual residents. When I had an issue with my roommates they did nothing then blamed me for bringing the problem up to them in the first place. They also can't get their billing in order. They will charge you hidden fees then say it's a late utility bill. And don't bother trying to complain to the property manager, they don't pick up the phone and you can't leave voice mails. They don't answer emails either.
Omar and Sara were so amazing and very nice. They seem very passionate about Encore and their plans to make it better are exciting!
