End Line Training Systems

Description

End Line Training Systems is commited to bringing coaches and athletes the best up to date information so that they can excell in their given sport. Training athletes is a very complex task that has no easy solution but with optimal resources finding the correct approach to take for YOUR team can be made that much easier. There is a lot of information out there on the web for training but most of it is about selling something or based on a gimic. What is hot and new is what sells these days but what sells and what works are two different things. We base our training at End Line on core concepts that have proven the test of time. Most of the content we post is based on ideas from the former Soviet Union and authors who are like minded in their approaches as the soviets were. We believe in finding the perfect program for each individual because we are not all built the same and what we did yesterday is going to affect how we train today. The foundation of End Line is that consistancy breeds success.

It is my goal with this page to inform athletes on nutrition, supplements, workout programing, increasing speed, increasing strength, increasing power, injury prevention, address misconceptions, fat loss and other key fundamental aspects to becoming the best athlete possible. It can be a very daunting task to search through countless websites for information on these topics.... Most websites have
little to no scientific backing to their theories and is the main cause of the formation of many of the misconceptions we have in the industry today.
I recently graduated from Western Illinois University where I played football and got my degree in Exercise Science with a minor in nutrition. I will begin my masters degree in Exercise Science in the fall and finish out my last year of football. I would love to share what I have learned so far with athletes to help them reach maximal performance with this page. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
