Endo Surgi Center of Old Bridge

Checked me in right on time. Nurses we're lovely --explained exactly what to expect. The anesthesiologist was reassuring. The doctor was great. Everyone was attentive and everything went well.

They told me to arrive at 1015am for an endoscopy. When I got there they said have a seat and you'll be called to check in. 1 hour later I went up and asked what's going on? I didn't get checked in for an hour and a half since my arrival, finally did and was brought over to get started at 1230pm!!! Then the nurse put the IV in wrong and during my procedure the anesthesia leaked into the tissue instead of my vein which is another story for my lawyer. Long story, don't go here!!!

My appointment was scheduled for 1:30. The night before I got a call telling me to arrive at 11:30. Waited almost two hours to register. I asked to speak with office manager. Asked if they called to tell me to come early, why not call and tell me a delay? Waiting room was standing room only when I arrived. It appears that it is at least a two Hour or more delay. UNACCEPTABLE! People are fasting. Ridiculous

So they will call you the day before your procedure, tell you to come in earlier, so you can sit in their full lobby for hours before they even take your name for your procedure. And you have already been without food or water for at least 10 hours prior. What a joke.

I had a very good experience at the center as a patient. The staff are very caring and professional. Social distancing is strict. I was welcomed by front desk and nurses. IV placement was right in. Anesthesiologist took good care of me. Dr. Pitchumoni addressed all my questions and explained results in detail. They took time discharging me, making sure all vitals were good. - Everything went nice and smooth. Dr. Pitchumoni and his team did a great job. Thank you!

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They make you fill at ease.

I had a procedure done this past Friday. Everyone from the young ladies at the front desk to the last nurse who walked me to my ride were excellent. So caring and professional. I’m a “nervous nelly” and they calmed me. I definitely recommend this surgi center. 5 stars!!!

I have unfortunately have been in a few surgical centers...and I have to say...that the treatment recieved today for my endoscopy was truly appreciate and I was treated sooo wonderful!! Nurses were truly amazing!!! Made sure I was ok and comfortable...Dr. Gold was amazing as well. Thanks to staff for also social distanced btwn themselves and washing your hands as often as you did.

Both Diana and Cristina were awesome, made ke feel comfortable and made the entire experience fun and peaceful. They are great at getting your mind off of the stress of being in a medical office.

Worst place you can possibly go and have procedure done. I had to wait three hours before procedure and front staff are basically tricking you telling that they will take you. They will get you ready and have you wait for 2-3hours. Very bad experience. I will never ever come here again and I will not recommend this place to anybody. Every place has to evaluated by overal experience and professionalism. This place is falling low in both.
