Fantastic support and service. Came in to explore a new bike for my son and left ready to ride. The staff knew exactly what we needed, did not oversell us, and were very patient with all of our questions. We will be back for all of our bike needs going forward.
My first experience was going to the store for a pair of good walking shoes. The young woman asked my shoe size and brought out several pr to try on. None of them seemed to fit right so I asked her if they had a Brannock device, I got the deer-in-the headlights look. I told her a measuring device for your foot size. The young woman left and came back several minutes later indicating that she could not find one. Tried on two more pairs and left without making a purchase. Recently I found a pair of Brooks Ghost 4's at a sale price. I immediately ordered them. Two days later I receive a notification, not a text or an email indicating they were all out and my order was cancelled. Once I viewed the notification they disappeared so I had no link to where the notices came from. The charges were promptly reversed however I have gone back to PRO just across the street for my third pair of shoes since May 2022. They have and continue to take care of my needs and know how to fit you for a shoe.
Buying shows has always been very overwhelming for me, but Endurance House made it so easy! The foot scan was great and being able to have someone pull 3 pair that would work best took the overwhelm out. I liked being able to walk on the treadmill to test them out. Best shoe buying experience.
Endurance House was recommended by my sister because I was interested in getting a good fitting shoe to protect my feet and back while exercising. I was very pleased with the fitting service, quality of shoes available, comparable pricing to on-line options and the recommendations of owner Jason who assisted us. He was personable and low pressure and was even able to fit my husband who wears size 16-18 4E! The location is very convenient off of 94.
I went to Endurance House for the first time in November when I wanted to see what they could do to help with foot problems I was having. I am not a runner and felt awkward going in there until they started helping me and made me feel welcome and cared about. I have been back twice to make adjustments on the insoles we selected and they have taken care of me time and time again with absolutely no hassle at all. I am now a lifelong customer because it is clear they care about their customers! Thank you to all 3 people who have helped me over the past couple months!
Went to Endurance House at the recommendation of a friend to replace my running shoes. I was able to find the right shoe and fit for the longer runs I have been doing. I have a harder time finding shoes that fit. I called ahead to make sure they had my size range in stock. The staff was helpful which insured when I arrived I would find one that fit. It also allowed me to check out a few things for a future purchase.
I usually do my shopping online. I asked Endurance House if they had the bike trainer I wanted in stock and they replied quickly and included a phone number. I figured I'd call with a follow up question and ended up buying the trainer right on the phone! Don was knowledgeable and sent the trainer right out to me! Great business. Thank you! Very happy!
My girlfriend turned me on to Endurance House when she heard I was looking at upgrading from my Trek Hybrid to a road bike. I couldn't be happier with the service they have provided me thus far and I'm excited I now live right down the road from them. Jason who I believe is the owner helped me every step of the way in picking out my new bike, pedals, shoes, and socks. I also met at least 4 other staff members across the 3 days I was in the store and they all were extremely personable and in no hurry to push me into a rushed purchase. I've honestly never been this impressed with a company putting the customer first. I just had to write this review to hopefully help another perspective biker, runner, etc find them out!
Endurance house is awesome! I have bought two bikes there this year and Jason and his team were exceptional. Not only is the product great, the bike fits were dialed and the their passion and willingness to help were awesome. Highly recommend!
Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful in picking appropriate shoe for you. Appreciated the scans of your feet which helps assess which shoe is a better fit. Never felt rushed into deciding what shoe felt best. Like the rewards program. Highly recommend this place! Have told many people about the great customer service!
