I visited Enfield Place Dental Centre to see Dr. Annette S. Simbulan for a dental problem and found it to be a wonderful experience. The doctor is not only competent but very gentle and kind too. Right from Veronica at the Front Desk who ensured a seamless appointment, a reminder on the day of appointment and handling efficiently all paper work for my insurance reimbursement to Rachael who continuously comforted me while the process was on, it was a very pleasant experience all in all. The clinic is neat and clean and very hygienic. I strongly recommend it.
This review is way overdue. I had a crown replaced on my rear molar... it changed the way I eat! It was so good to have that side of my mouth working again. A few weeks later, I had a cleaning by one of the hygienists, Cathy - she was firm, but gentle and I was on my way out in less than an hour.
This place is great! They have been my dentist since I moved to Mississauga in the 90's. When my daughter chipped a tooth, they saw her immediately. My extended family and friends go there, as well. Dr. Simbulan runs a very professional office with excellent staff!
I've been coming here since i was on a student plan. I normally see the ladies for hygiene appointments and only encounter Dr. Simbulan when I require an exam. The staff are all capable, professional and very accommodating.
This is the WORST dental office I've ever been to. I've had such a bad experience with them due to their lack of professionalism. They do not know how to speak to their clients. On top of that, they are careless when they do the cleanings and other stuff like fillings. I would not recommend going to this place.
I mostly have dr. Simbulan as my dentist but have been seen by her other staff and they're easy to work with. I like that they don't upsell me into doing unnecessary work
Good service, nice dentists, location is central. Hard to book Saturday appointments though, unless you book well in advance.
Great dental work and the people there are awesome, they are so helpful! Really recommended
I shall not return because an office manager was dishonest with my care as I live on disability and quite intimidating which the dental hygienist realized 3 years ago.
Very good exp here really friendly ,Veronica vowww she was excellent in service always smiling and helpful, very good clinic n friendly
