FARM STORE ON THE FARM, open Friday and Saturday 10 to 3, or by appointment. We are a Certified Organic Farm producing certified organic beef, pork, veal, cheese and vegetables, and we carry products from other local sustainable farms. Certified organic means we don't use chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides on our crops and no antibiotics, hormones, chemical wormers or other synthetic medications are used on our animals, and our farming practices are third-party inspected and verified. Our animals are not confined. Cows get much of their feed from pasture during the grazing season. Pigs are raised outdoors with plenty of room to be pigs! Veal calves are raised outside on grass and organic whole milk.
Healthy soil = Healthy plants and animals! We make our living "with" our animals, not "from" them!
