The worst experiences are dealing with 800 numbers and online orders. When the need was there, it was recommended to contact Englewood. My call was answered promptly by a friendly and knowledgeable associate. He was thorough and read my requests back to me. Most importantly they didn’t let me down with their quality work. I strongly recommend and will use Englewood if the need should arise again. Thank you Englewood for restoring my faith in floral deliveries.

This is a late review, but we used Englewood for our wedding in December and my flowers were PERFECT. They had a succulent added to my flowers and I couldn’t have been more obsessed. They even had me come in the day before to make sure I liked how everything looked. I am SO glad I got to work with everyone here and would 1000% recommend them.
The helpful staff made ordering flowers for a funeral in Eudora so easy. They knew exactly what to do to get the flowers there on time. The basket we ordered arrived in plenty of time and was absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend this florist!
Called Englewood Florist to have flowers sent to a local business that needed some love. They had the perfect suggestions. We added some candy to the delivery to make it extra special. Super thankful for their help.
I ordered two arrangements to be delivered for my parents’ memorial service and they arrived on time, fresh and pretty. Just what I ordered. Plus, they were friendly and helpful on the phone and even sent a confirmation a couple days prior to the service, which I appreciated. Would certainly use again.
Highly, highly recommend Englewood Floral for all arrangements! After a very unfortunate situation using a third party floral delivery service not even based in Lawrence, we spoke with Cary who immediately researched the situation and provided us with a new floral arrangement. Please beware of third party services that appear to be associated with hometown floral services, as they take extra money off the top of the order which only further complicates the services provided by the local florist. Despite our troubles, Englewood was more than helpful and kindly arranged a new bouquet for my parents 39th anniversary. I can’t say enough how nice it was to work with a local business that was willing to right a wrong that they were not responsible for. Englewood will always have our business!! Again, be wary of these online services and just go direct with Englewood! You won’t be disappointed!
My daughter just sent another picture of the flowers she received over a week ago. They look the same and are so beautiful! She has received numerous positive comments on how beautiful they are. So happy with Englewood Florist!
Called to brighten a KU Ladies 1st day of finals. Cary did an amazing job. From taking the order, timely delivery, update emails and beautiful up to date arrangement. Friendly, awesome service. It's hard to find a trained florist anymore and I'm picky. They did a beautiful job. Highly recommend. Thanks Cary and the Englewood Team.
Englewood handled my same-day request for a Valentine’s delivery to my daughter beautifully! So kind and put forth extra effort to make it happen for her! The flowers and vase were gorgeous and did not look at all like it was a rush job thrown together with leftovers. They weren’t “put-out” at all, and treated me like this was important for my daughter. Can’t thank them enough or say enough positive things.
