Roxanne is amazing. She recently gave my long brown hair beautiful caramel highlights, a trim, and blowout and style. Exactly what I wanted!
Update: correction happened. Cooled down the blonde and added a few low lights. MUCH better!! I am satisfied with my hair. First time here, Annie did my color. She is quite new in her career. I'll be calling tomorrow to have color corrected WAY too much gold/yellow in my blonde, exactly what I said I didn't want. I was her last appt and we were the last to leave so just wanted to get home and see/play with my hair in my usual lighting. Holding 3 stars with the expectation I can get the color toned down. Also, she was very difficult to engage in conversation. Part of this is age/experience I'm sure, but made for a long 3 hours of phone games. Perfect for the introvert who does not want to be chatted with I know they're out there, it's just not me.
Roxanne gave me a superb cut. I have straight, light brown hair with wiry greys! She was professional and very friendly to talk with.
Roxanne is incredible!!! I accidentally turned my hair a horrible blue color & she corrected it 100% back to normal in no time! Also super happy with the cut as well!! Highly recommend her for color/color corrections & cuts.
Roxanne is awesome! I just enjoyed my second appointment with her. She is great with color and style and her personality is charming!
These people refused to do my HAIR because my hair is too dark talking about I got California hair and it would take too long to do asked for something different after and even like that kept making excuses.. I will never go back and I hope people are aware what kind of business these people do .. its obvious they choose who they want to do hair for and what not.
Rosie is awesome! My best 1st cut EVER! She listened, took her time, and was patient. I got exactly what I wanted because I knew what I wanted and she delivered! She's new and so worth the try.Service: 5/5
