Initially it seemed as if the experience would be great. She came off as very knowledgeable and wanting to meet my hair needs. During the consult, she had me to send her pics and videos of my haircut inspiration but til this day, has yet to open the message. She did not listen to me as a client and that was obvious once she continued to ask the same questions throughout the service.  She required that I pay upfront $210 for a protein treatment and cut. When I asked what was the reasoning, she became hostile and said that was her policy. I sat there and texted other clients and they had never experienced that. Furthermore, before starting my hair she removed another client from under the dryer to give me a review of her services. The client was very taken aback. I left the salon with my hair very dried out and stiff. She does not style natural or longer hair. I’ve been driving to Dallas to get my hair in a decent condition since that visit.  Finally, the salon is very dirty. The base boards and ceiling are covered in mold unfortunately.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I LIKE my hair, the texture is good. I do have a few issues. I didn’t want so much of my hair cut off and I had to get a Virgin relaxer when I’ve already been relaxed. I was asked do I want to “save” as much of my hair as possible. I said yes but most of my hair was cut off.   The coloring was expensive, I paid an extra $40 for jet black coloring. She left black stains on my forehead. So All in all I just like my hair.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling
